My delivery of my goods were professionally handled by Jessica, Shawn, Christian, Eric, Kim, Joshua, Glen and Dave. They were careful in the handling of boxes and furniture. Despite below zero Temps, all were empathetic towards me. I would definitely refer this crew to everyone. Well done.

Great experience with Servpro Kirkwood after we found unexpected water damage in our home. Jan was at our door in under an hour to evaluate everything and talk through the options, upfront about all the pros/cons. Robbie helped get us back up and running as quickly as possible, available and responsive, took care of everything like a pro. Travis was also v awesome give that guy a raise.

Had a nasty flood back in May of this year and ServPro was wonderful. The project took forever to complete.no fault of theirs, there were a few complications because its an 80 year old house, it took a LOT of coordinating between MANY companies, and they actually helped make all of that so much easier for me to handle, because it was nearly overwhelming. They helped walk me through everything and figure out the order of what needed to happen when, and helped me find people to take care of the things that they could not do. Honest to God, I don't know how I would have gotten through this whole ordeal without Eric.

Thank God for the first guy they sent out.

Josh, I think it was, was supposed to be the project manager at first, but as he was assessing the damage, he took one look at my fish tanks and said he would be handing the project off to someone else, who had experience with handling fish tanks after a flood, cuz that's a whole ordeal in itself, and they sent me Eric.

Eric was a godsend. One of the members of his team, Tim, was also phenomenal. Very personable (we shared a lot of common interests and had quite a few fun conversations while working). They both went above and beyond to help me, and to help prep and move my fish tanks to a safe area while keeping the stress to the fish at a minimum. It's been 7 months without their full setup, tanks moved twice, with the water levels low, and my loss has been minimal!

Complications rose as demolition and cleanup began. I learned that my sewer line under the house was corroded so badly that it was near collapse and had to be replaced, and under my wood basement flooring was asbestos tile that would need to be removed first. Eric was able to give me a few suggestions on how to proceed in regards to my insurance company, and what they likely may and may not cover, based on what he had seen with previous clients in the past. He was able to provide me with information for people to reach out to in order to address the asbestos, and he was almost spot on when it came to my insurance. Once the asbestos tests came back positive, I sent that to my insurance and they cashed me out for the max coverage that they would provide for the incident.

Eric and Tim really went a long way in helping reduce my stress and providing a bit of peace of mind as I worked to schedule the abatement, and then the sewer line replacement, and then came back in for a final cleanup, dry out and disinfecting.

After that, I worked with Robbie for the restoration. Everything was smooth as could be. Just as with the demo team, the restoration team were all friendly and cheerful. Sonny (sp?) I think it was, was quiet, but particularly kind. By this time, it was very cold out. I had two cats who lived in the basement, and had spent much of the demolition living on the back patio (or coming to work with me if it was too hot), but when it got cold, I had to put them in the basement again. When they were working, I had to bring them upstairs and keep them in carriers (they fight with the upstairs cats). And then I would let them loose when the team finished. One day, I would be gone all day and out late, and I didn't want them in their carriers that long. Because I had a sprained ankle and was in a boot, Sonny was kind enough to come upstairs and get the carriers and take them downstairs, to let them out when they were finished for the day, and God love him, I heard him talking to the cats through the basement door.

Also, Eric and Tim came back to move the fish tanks when Robbie needed them away from a wall so they could put in and repair some of the torn out dry wall.

The restoration is complete now, and everything is just beautiful! I'm ready to get all of my surviving personal property out of storage now, and Eric & Tim said that they would come back once the job was done to move the fish tanks back into place for me, so just waiting to hear from them on that! Overall, could not be happier, literally everyone I have spoken to or worked with has been a joy!
