Seyer's Garage, Cape Girardeau MO

Seyer’s has been the garage of choice for me for many years. Fair and reasonable. They keep you informed of the process and in my experience the final bill has always been a few dollars less than the estimate. I would highly recommend them!

Called from the side of the Interstate after a breakdown. Driver arrived with a flatbed within 10 minutes. Had me and my car back in my garage within about another 10 minutes. Driver was very nice and clearly experienced, and took care not to damage my car during the loading and unloading. On top of all this the fee was downright reasonable. Silver lining during my otherwise bad day, took some of the stress out of breaking down. A+ job.

Excellent Service! I had brakes replaced and later and oil change. I appreciate so much getting in on my day off. They got me in and out and great friendly service. Highly recommend.

Disregarded when I told them the specific part that needed replaced. Said "it wasn't leaking at the time. " Now the problem has aggravated due to them not being thorough. I'm back at Campus Auto. Seyers seems less pricey than Campus. But Campus is thorough. In general Seyers diagnostic was not accurate. But they fixed a little sum, thanks.

I was in need of new tires and get my pickup truck serviced. We brought the vehicle in they were very courteous they did fast work.

Will be using them again the next time we need service on our vehicle.

Never going there again. They pushed repair work that I didn't request & it wasn't to repair any real major issues, but i went along with it. Then a 2 day job took 4.5 days because the mechanic broke some bolts for the timing chain cover. They also somehow broke the drivers window so it no longer goes up or down. They didn't even offer to fix it & just shrugged it off. Then I call 3 other shops & every estimate for the same repair work was $300-$600 less than they charged me. So if you want to wait forever for your car, want to be overcharged, & want to have their mechanics break things that worked fine before you dropped it off, then take your car there.

We have used Seyers so many times and had great experiences. They price well and are nice and quick. This last experience though left me unsure of if we will take our vehicles back. One of the guys drove our vehicle because it was making a sound and not driving as well. He didn’t go in. Just immediately said it was irreparable and to sell it before the engine gave out. We got a second opinion today, he actually went into our engine to look at it and said the only problem was really low oil and that he refilled it and to just watch the oil and make sure it isn’t burning through too quickly. That if it is he will take another look. The fact that the guy at seyers didn’t even look into our engine and made us panic to that point that we haven’t driven our van in two weeks is infuriating. I am so disappointed and truly expected better service from this garage.

I've been going to Them for year's. They are fast, they are upfront with you, fair prices. Most times I do 99.9% work my self, but when I need a shop They are the best. The only one I trust

I brought my truck here they kept it for two days. I brought it in my air was working fine. I had a service engine light on. Let’s just say 2 days later now Ac not working only the heat is and my service engine light is back on again I paid 450.00 dollars let’s just say that they promised I’ll have my truck back by end of day. So I had my ride drop me off and than I go in at 4: 45pm they said the mechanic that was working on yours left for the day after I got a call earlier saying they had an employee walk out that’s not my problem at all I don’t understand ppl I feel like they ripped me off count your days sir! They have no communication at all!

My cousin had her vehicle towed to this place. The company see bought it from denied fixing. They told her it was gonna be 7,000$ to fix it. Cool, she said she didnt have that and would just come pick up her vehicle when she got there engine parts were in her back seat along with nuts and bolts along the windows parts in car were covered in oil. Not sure why they would leave someones car is this condition after being paid to diagnose it. Just seems shady. Edit: also left key turned over and let battery die. (Not a big deal just ridiculous.)

They are very polite here had my parts already here and got picked up on the side of i-55 in less than 10 minutes and had my car done by morning so I could make it to work on time. Ty guys so very much you guys

When my car broke down, AAA had my car towed here. They were able to get me quite a few discounts and my services to get my car up and running again were much more affordable than if I had paid full price. If you have AAA, this is the place to take your vehicles!
