Definitely slow to unload! Friendly enough check in girl though! Glad I only had two pallets. Two hours for them, I couldn’t imagine a whole trailer load.

My original rep was extremely helpful and did a fantastic job, then they switched up reps and I was handed an arrogant butt. He completely lacked service skills. We had a disagreement in manner of communication and he closed my account without warning, canceling special orders I had already made. Extremely poor business practices. When I expressed my grievance, he literally laughed into the phone.
The app is junk! Delivery times are unreliable and inconsistent. Pricing is slightly higher than regional average for other providers. This over all was not a fit for my 2 businesses. I'd strongly advise anyone considering them to question why their rating is so low. I wish I'd done my due diligence.

Ive had a not so good out come yet with them. We uses them for our vending but when the guy n i split that did the business they piss out excuses when i try placing my order. Idk if its cause my ex still does business with them or what but i know how things go ive been involved for 13 yrs while in preveous partnership. Yet when i explained the ordeal to them n told em i goin out on my own away from him that when things went down hill.smh.ive tried for 2 wks now to place a order. Just like i did before only under myself instead of the ex.and nope. Still 2 wks later getting no where. Pathetic.

Been here a few times. Easy in and out. Don't mind dropping here at all. Call the number, get a door and they hit it. Paperwork in back, green light go.

Got here early and I wish I had stayed at the loves I had been at and just called ahead. Rookie mistake. Oh well. Hope this helps others. See photo for instructions

I'm the owner of chef 710 around the corner food service. I wanted to use sgc for my food provider. I called 5 weeks before opening and was told a sales rep would get a hold of me within 5 days. 5 days went by I called again same story put my name on the list. Ended up going with someone else and then I called again trying to set up an account still. The nice lady who answers the phones said don't worry we'll get you on the list of rep will call you which I'm sure she did. She told me to call back if they didn't reach out to me. It's been 14 days still nobody's reached out I'm not calling back. $500 food week order required no problem maybe I'm not big enough for them at the moment that's ok. Yet in the near so distant future as we grow. I'll remember that they didn't reach out to me. So no matter what I will never reach out to them. I will never use this company. I went with gold crown. Not only have they treated me like royalty from day 1 they have supplied me with no hiccups and best of all they act like they actually care. What could have been will never be. I been in the food industry all my life. One thing I learned is to treat all customers like they are needed. That's what brings them back. Chef710

Straightforward check in process for deliveries. Call the number, given, door right away, leave BOL in trailer, call back with Lumper payment and then it all goes downhill.you'll wait and wait and wait and when you think they are finally done.nope you wait some more. Been sitting for 4 hours now. Unfortunately the reviews about being slow are accurate.

Easy check in and plenty of room for manuevers is the only reason I gave it 2 stars.
After you pay lumper fee, prepare to wait. Been here over 4 hours now, with only one other truck in the lot. I would hate to think how long it would take if they were busy. Absolutely ridiculous

I applied there, the emails they send are absolutely degrading when you don't even know the applicant nor know their abilities when it comes to a job or their qualifications. Not a company I would work for at all. Can't put everything on an application.

Over 3 hours to get unloaded. Update: New drivers call the phone # to check in. You we I'll be given a door right away. Expect to wait. Great bbq in area. Go east to MO13, right to end. Turn right to1st light. Left. Park at school. Get permission. Walk to Smokin Bob's. Enjoy

I have been so positively impressed with SGC and specifically their reps. Over this past year that we have been with SGC, they have gone above and beyond to take care of us. Brandon N. Is our rep and he works around the clock to see that our restaurant is running smoothly. I am loyal to SGC because of Brandon N. And the service they offer. If you are on the fence or needing to choose a food distributor, look no further. You have found the best in SGC.

We opened a new restaurant in June of 2021. Initially, Brett Barnes called on me. He worked with me for several weeks and found all products I asked for. That is a lot to say in such a volatile industry. Honestly, this is the first time I can say in my 30 years experience, a Wholesale Foodservice Company has, to a great extent, helped our business. Brett turned my account over to Eric Buehler. Eric has gone out of his way to do everything he can to deliver me product when I'm in a pinch, keeps me updated on market pricing & he is proactive when he sees a potential problem. He gives me suggestions that have helped me with the details of running a successful restaurant. The Drivers are very polite, unlike some I have experienced in the past. The company has worked with me very well when I need to return items. If you are opening a business, I recommend calling Springfield first.
