Would give their service department a zero if it would allow. Was cutting wood for the winter and my Stihl chainsaw broke that I had bought from S&H. Had trees laying on the ground. The service department there was very unprofessional and told me It
Would be a few weeks because they were running behind. I explained my situation but it didn’t matter to their service guy. Didn’t matter if I bought from the store and he put others in front of me that didn’t. I went ahead and left it there.

Two weeks went by and didn’t hear back. I called and the service guy said his boss said they had to work just on mowers the next week. I was frustrated and again explained I needed the saw fixed ASAP because I had trees on the ground. Again was told he would check to see when it could be fixed. Four weeks went by and I called and asked where we were at. Same excuse. The next day I got a voicemail wanting to know if was ok with an additional $80 for a tune up. I assumed the original work was completed snd just needed to tune up. I assumed wrong.
I was in Branson today and called to see if it was ready. They hadn’t even ordered the parts yet for the original work needed. I went to the store and got my chainsaw that was never touched.
When I got to the Branson store, this unprofessional service manager went back and got my saw. Threw on the counter and walked away. No apologies no anything. This company has lost my business forever and I've spent thousands there since they opened. The manager asked what he could do to fix it but it was too late

I was pissed to say the least due to these guys wasting my time. I went and got my chainsaw and the new location said they’d have it fixed in a week. I went ahead and bought a new chainsaw so I can get my wood cut up. Screw these guys. They are horrible. That service manager better be glad he never worked for me. His lying and attitude toward customers would get him fired.

Nice Place and Great Service! We had Hunter help us! My Husband was Talking with someone else, but he was Busy! Glad to see a Team Jump in and Help each other!
Husband went to service department to get a part for something else and they had it! Thanks Service Department!

Salesman Brian and the S&H team in Branson are phenomenal! The process of buying from them is quick and simple and they talk to you like people, not like a paycheck.

Very poor Customer service. I won't go back here. Fool me once, shame on you; fool me twice, shame on me. They've said on here publicly that my satisfaction is important and they want to discuss with me, but I've emailed my contact info TWICE, and as of yet have not heard from them privately. So appears that was just for show. Still I don't think they know what they're doing. One machine they supposedly fixed and as soon as I got it home I had the same problem they supposedly fixed, so I took it elsewhere and it got fixed right. Wasted my money here. Next machine I took here came back in worse condition than when I dropped it off. Took it to another place, and there was a bolt loose causing the obvious problem that S&H Branson CAUSED!
More wasted money. No more. And don't bother trying to contact me now. You've had a year and no contact still.

What a beautiful place. Organized, clean. I was spoken to as soon as I had gotten out of my car. The staff was polite and helpful. I was offered water as the parts department looked for parts for my mower.

I can see this business across the valley from where I live. I have used the service department several times. Once for a major tractor repair. They did a great job with the estimate and the finished product. And also took my three Stihl chainsaws in for a tune up. They now have a huge inventory of tractors, side by side UTV’s, mowers, and every other outdoor vehicle or implement you might need. Scott (manager) and his team know how to take care of their customers and is the real reason I use this place and feel confident in sending folks to them above all the others.

They couldn't sell me a $4 primer bulb without a phone number. Glenn is an incompetent old man.

I called in today to speak with the GM. Glenn picked up the phone and I heard a mumbling sound. The guy can't even answer a phone. The GM told me that his guys were trained to create an account. He mentioned as a side note that the was a cash option but they weren't trained to use it. Instead of providing a solution he made a bunch of excuses and hung up on me.

My la my landlord recently took a trimmer in for repair. When he went to pick it up they said they couldn't fix it. The throttle cable was hanging out! They asked him to come back the next day. (He lives in Springfield) When he returned they told him that they still couldn't fix it.

There is a problem from the top down. The GM needs replaced. Somebody should be there to assist customers.

Everybody, please do yourself a favor and avoid this store.

The salesman I spoke with was very knowledgeable about the products that they carry. I am looking for a zero turn mower and they have a good great selection of mowers.

Best Service department around. Josh and Matt helped me to get my equipment back out and working asap. I wouldn’t have a lawn care business without there help.

Called them to see if they had what I needed, they did, told me to come by, I came by an they were closed. Talked to em an hour before hand. Coulda saved me a 45 min drive if they would've told me on the phone they were closing soon.
