S&H Farm Supply, Inc. - Mountain Grove

I was charged $740 for diognising a transmission!
No parts, just labor. Went elsewhere and bought a new side by side. Not a place for service or sales.

EDIT, i attempted to do exactly what i swore id never do again! Needed a lawn mower they had the cheepest price, picked oue out went to pay wand was given some excuse, returnd back to the store later the same day and was told the mower would run (brand new spartan) this is also told to me by the secretary, asked for the salesman, he was no where to be found, wouldn't return call or text. This was all Saturday and never heard back until Tuesday evening, Needless to say i spent my money elsewhere. Its crazy to think after this many years the customer service is still absolute garbage. They honestly could care less.

S&H FARM SUPPLY, gas powered post driver, buyer beware! I purchased thos post driver from S AND H FARM SUPPLY mountain grove mo to install 1 5/8 pipe was told it would drive up to 3 1/2. Not only would it not drive the. 1 5/8 but wouldnt even drive a t post this is not the only purchase i have made at S AND H FARM SUPPLY and have been completly un happy with. I contacted STEPHEN DARNELL to return it after about 5 minutes of owning it and was told the only way they could take the defective tool back is i had to trade up to the 2,000 dollar post driver or else they wouldnt take it back. I will never spend another hard earned penny with this company. I gave them the chance to make thing wright ther said no.

Knowledgeable, helpful folks, and the only place I could find in the tri county area with grade 2 steel shear pins.

Recently bought a tractor / package from Mountain Grove store extremely disappointed with service after the sale next to no communication. We are adamant we did not get some one of the implements (packages components) as we ordered them. Try to remedy with salesman to no avail. UPDATE S&H did reach out and a fair resolution was achieved. We still feel like the was some poor business practices at hand and it took us being very vocal to get this addressed, but they did step up and make it right.

Everytime we call this place, we are told that will call us right back. This has happened four different times with us really needing to know if they have a certain part or equipment. Guess what NEVER a call back. We are done with this place. Rogersville took good care of us it might be a bit farther but at least we got good service. Since Steve isn't at Mt Grove any more it's gone down hill

Took a wood splitter to them to get running after sitting awhile. Figured a good carb cleaning was all it needed. Couple of days they called and said I needed a new carburetor they couldn't clean it, new one around $135. Went to pick up and the bill was over $400. Was told later by a small engine repairman he could have cleaned for $50ish. I may buy a part but they won't be working on anything else for me. I'll haul it out of town first.

Conaley and team did a great job. We ran into an issue with a new mower I bought but they resolved it professionally and went the extra mile to make things right.

The service department is outstanding!
The speed of the help I received was faster then I could even hope for!
