Shake Shack Ladue Crossing, St. Louis MO

I can't believe I paid $14 for a burger and fries when this is basically a glorified Steak 'N Shake for ignorant snobs who would eat dog food if you slapped it on a hamburger bun. Please spare yourself the buyers remorse and find a better burger place. Also, the shroom burger isn't even a burger it's a tiny portion of mushrooms fried in the grossest cheese sauce I've tasted in my life.

My bacon was burnt. Shake was full of candy and less ice cream, but the customer service was nice. Chicken bites were greasy.

Stopped in at 8: 30pm, put my order in at kiosk, got a text saying it’s ready, food not in the pick up area, I go to the counter where two employees ignore me - no eye contact or speaking. Finally I asked where to pick up my order and an employee points to said area. I tell her it’s not there, she goes to look, looks at the screen with orders and walks away. Other employee gets the food together for me. No apology.
I don’t expect fast food employees to just be cheerful robots, especially at 8: 30pm for probably minimum wage. But at least acknowledge my presence.
Also the setup is confusing. The pickup area states that it’s for orders from the app - nothing about the kiosk inside.
Food is not good enough to deal with garbage service. It’s not the first time we’ve had lousy service there but it will be the last cause I’m not going back.

Fries and burgers were decent overall—not outstanding, but decent. I had the deep-fried portobello mushroom burger. Covered in cheese sauce, it was decent but spilled out before I could taste it. The fries lacked a really fresh flavor. It took a little longer than I had anticipated for the food to come out. The booth poles were the one real source of complaint. I would suggest they be taken out since you can hit your knee hard getting into the booth if you dont know they are there.

From the shakes to the food I truly say the shake shack was definitely delicious my burger was so delightful and delicious the shake was well made and freshly made definitely enjoyed my day in there establishment.

Staff is rude. The automation to order your food is just ridiculous and useless. And they have the nerve to ask for a tip after. The dining room is not clean. The food arrived sloppy and smashed. Food is grossly over priced for what it is. Would not come here again.

Facebook was really advertising this place so my hubby and I decided to check it out. We got two hamburgers a fry and our total was $32 the pictures online are false advertisement. The burger looked so big online. Once got our order they were so tiny. They looked like kids burgers. My burger was slimy. Skip this place unless you want throw your money away and still be hungry after.

Whole place operates in Zootipia Sloth's speed no matter when you came here. Wait time in DMVs are shorter than this place.

Service was excellent restaurants clean and the food is so delicious it's a must-try have to go get them double bacon cheeseburgers love them mushroom burger will definitely be back

No sure if its poor management or no management. But employees have zero interest in helping customers. Won’t stop here again.

It's definitely overpriced for what you get. The employees are definitely not happy to be there. I had an OK experience.

Man they are bored hit me up so i can redesign their uniforms and bring in some personality.

The burgers and fries were good, but those poles in the booths need to be removed, they are a problem if you hit your knees

47 min to be exact to get my order. No excuse for this. The manager is not doing anything. Teenagers are running the place. I was not the only customer complaining. By the time I got my food it was cold, I was frustrated of waiting 47 minutes. Will not go back unless service gets better.

Very poor customer service at this location during our visit. I will not be going back to this location.

Not so busy, got a booth and ate my burger while reading book.
Was very good, maybe a bit small?
But it is probably better for me.

Always get cold fries. And you'll never get a full cheese cup. Workers using profanity while infront of my children. No management in sight. And I called several times.

Strike two. Stood at the counter being ignored for 10 minutes. No hello, no eye contact, nothing. Second bad experience in this store. I left and went to Mod Pizza across the way.

First time at this place and it was horrible, don't think I will be back. The bun was saturated, part of it was like it was ran under water. Sauce was loaded in one spot and the fries were soggy. Plus the service was horrible I counted 15 employees behind the counter and most were just standing still doing nothing and looking at phones I had a hard time getting someone to refill my drink
