Great service and professional one coat paints that work very well making the job so much easier.

Deal with Sherwin Williams all over on a daily basis as we have a corporate account with them love Sherwin Williams can't stand this store. Every time we've had to work in Lebanon and use this store it is pathetic. I called yesterday said what I needed who I was with the guy was like Willie Neely OK man I'll get that fixed right up for you I said no I'll be there in the morning to get it OK I'll get it mixed up it'll be here. Next day on the way by into the middle of nowhere one of the guys stopped to pick up the paint I didn't have cell phone service he called to tell me that they didn't have it that I never called them they didn't have my order. So then I called them back and said Hey what's the deal I made an order you said it'd be thereThey said we're sorry we don't have it here what do you need I put the order in again get off go to pick up the paint on the way by and they tell me they don't have any of that paint in stock. That sure would have been nice to know whenever I was on the phone

Very friendly and helpful employees. They spent several minutes explaining the differences in the paint sprayers and didn't pressure for a sale. Also mixed up a large order of paint and stain in just a matter of minutes.

These folks offer friendly and professional advice on paint and paint products. Paint is all they do unlike hardware store employees who are required to wear many different hats.

I live at Lake of the Ozarks in my Sherwin-Williams in Osage Beach I love the people that work there I've known them really well and they're good people

They keep a record of what you have purchased. If you need to buy more paint and can't remember the name of the color, they have it on file. They are well trained and very helpful and polite.
