The Woman who helped was friendly and knowledgeable about what we were looking for. And it was cheaper than we expected.
We have been painting a huge house, have purchased no less than 60 cans of paint, have called in multiple times just to get cans ready for pick up, the last two times we have called, nobody can find our information, nobody can find our names, and it’s a huge nightmare. I highly recommend going elsewhere when you have a big project
Very bad customer service. Only one other person in the store. We asked for help. Did not receive it so we eventually left. We were wanting a polyurethane and staining one and I could not find it on my own so we needed help finding it. Very disappointed in the store and the customer service. Will not be back.
Brooke and Kayla were helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable I think my paint will be mixed by the time I get this posted. Nice
Have you shopped SW lately? I was able to call in my order and my 3 gallons was ready for pickup in 5 minutes. I don't know any easier way to shop - unless I wanted home delivery. Maybe next time:)

Knowledgeable, helpful employees provide a very good customer experience. Sherwin-Williams enjoys a fine reputation for quality. Just take a look at the recent history of their stock price.
An easing back (20%?) in price would provide the VALUE that I seek... Great customer service... Reasonable quality of product... At a fair price. As is the case with so many businesses these days - over the top Customer Service is supposed to take your attention off of inflated prices. Not so for this customer.
I was hesitant about ordering over the phone (because purchasing through the website was impossible) but the sales associate was extremely helpful and fast. I picked up my order within 25 minutes of calling!
My daughter is off work right now and decided repainting her room would be a good project. I called and ordered the paint over the phone and paid for it. I called when I was at the store and asked them to bring out the order and set it outside the door. They went back inside and I picked up the order.
It was great! No contact and my daughter will have a project to do. Also, I had a few questions and they were able to answer them. Great product and service.
