Sherwin-Williams Paint Store, St Ann MO

Went for job interview due to the sign outside. They are NOT HIRING at this company right now. Their email reply said so.

A person with a Sherwin Williams team member jersey walked into a local grocery store that posted requests that all visitors wear masks. He did not wear a mask, though he saw everyone else with one. All employees and the vast of majority of people in the crowded store wore masks, and the St. Louis County has an indoor mask requirement for all citizens. On behalf of the people in the region who have died from COVID, on behalf of the people who cannot be vaccinated, on the behalf of people who cannot have essential surgeries because 3/4 of ICU beds in the region are taken by people who refuse to vaccinate or take precautions, and on behalf of the people who are doing all we are asked and are doing even more in clinical trials, I do not appreciate your disrespect.

I got the best custom color match here that could possibly be made. In a time pinch to touch up a house in the closing phase and needed to be right.
Match was so dead on I couldn't find my own repair spot.

I highly recommend the Bridgeton SW store! Chris, the manager very patiently and professionally explained how I can carry out my myriad home painting projects to make them go more smoothly and easily. I've painted kitchen cabinets and homes for 50 years, but he STILL was able to give me a few pointers! I had actually first spoken with him on the phone perhaps a month earlier, and he'd been so helpful then, that I knew they were the folks to do business with. When I went into the store, their staff was protective of the customers in a most courteous way, wearing masks and being conscious of social distancing, which I greatly appreciate.quite the contrast with Home Depot! Finally, they have great technology for color matching. I brought a tiny sample of my previously painted cabinets and he was able to perfectly match it. All the while Chris was very nice, polite and efficient. At the end, he carried my purchases out to my car for me, without my asking, btw, which this little old lady ALSO appreciates! I've shopped SW in the past.last time about 4 or 5 years ago, and had a good experience then, too, but this was exceptional, and I'll be a customer for life!
