GREAT customer service and the staff is very knowledgeable, too. Paint prices are ridiculously expensive however the level of service received at this location makes up for it.
By far the best sherwin store around. Ryan, Dylan, Paige, zujjla, Roberto are the best. They will go out there way to make sure I get what I need as well as answer any questions I have. Great people great store.

I paid $100 for one gallon of paint. Never again. Prices ar ridiculous and I purchased paint elsewhere for a reasonable price and could not see a quality difference. Prices are ridiculously high. I will never go back

During a time when getting supplies for home improvement projects is increasingly difficult, Sherwin-Williams makes ordering and curbside pickup effortless. I placed an order and had it in the trunk of my car within an hour. Very few places are providing that kind of service these days.
When you need more paint later to touch up an old job, if you've registered, Sherwin Williams will know what to match.
The folks at the Watson location have been very helpful and informative, esp.compared to other locations (like the one in Brentwood). Staff have been really friendly and helpful but not in a pushy salesman type way. Even when obviously really busy they are still super nice and seem happy to help.
Incredible customer service. Specially from Austin. Really amazing experience just for grabbing some Paint and a few tools. Really more than great and incredible. Outstanding!
