I went there to get some specialty paint thinner for cleanup they said they would order me some since they didn't carry itbut I waited 2 weeks for them to call me and let me know when it may product arrived they never did call so I went there they didn't even order it but they said they would

I would say somewhat likely, but Lowes and Home Depot will shake any old paint cans you bring in for free. The girl at your store in Rolla, Missouri would not shake any paint cans even if I paid her unless they were Sherwin-Williams paint.
