4Have been to this Sherwin Williams store twice in the last month to get stain matching worked on for a client. I was told by the guys at the Mill Street Sherwin Williams this was the one to go to. Well. 1 was one of 2 customers in the store both times I went in. Both times I was ignored for over 10 minutes. NO one seemed interested in saying anything to me either time. One other customer and 2 associates. NO hello, NO someone will be with you momentarily, NO nothing. I guess if I was wearing my white's someone would of cared more. I turned around and left. Didn't even hear anything as I walked out the door. Sad.
Couldn't match the color I brought in but said they could and sent me home with wrong color
Very bad service. I think the manager has never had a good day. I don't recommend this store.
Friendly and helpful.
They had a great deal of painting knowledge and answered all my questions in great detail. By the way, I am a contractor, and I don't ask easy questions.
