Would put zero if possible. Watch price total closely. At register price was more than price in box, cashier said prices have gone up since the shoe has come in.

Didn't find what I was looking for it was very disappointed to find a Shoe Place as big as they were. Not sure I will go again so I came out with out the shoes that is not a good choice. To big of heels that is not what I wear and the styles at all. Where you get your choice needs to go. So in this you are losing customers. I don't care if the crowd is pleased this is not pleasing to what a Shoe place. I was so very displeased So the next time I hope I find a better place because I will be looking. This needs to go to all the Managers Department. Please Tell Them.

About a red pair of tennis shoes that are already tearing up haven't had them for a month

Really nice store, employees go out of there way to help you fine what your looking for. They didn't have any Reeboks they ordered me some and they'll be here within 2 days

If we could give a 0, we would! We shop at and spend our share of money at the Osage Beach store. We actually know several workers well.
We went in on December 26 to exchange a pair of shoes. They were not busy when we dropped the shoes off, but when we got in line it got busy. There were 3 people not helping messing with a price gun behind the register. There were another 1 or 2 over in women's shoes that could see the register. Only 1 young lady was running the register. I said multiple times that it was too bad she didn't get help. 5 people in line huffing and nope. They acted like they didn't hear us. I told them I would be calling the manager. Nope! No one wanted to help the customers. That is so common these days! The only 5 for this visit was the nice cashier working her tail off!

Found some new kicks for my husband! He settled on Van's and some plain black sneakers for hiking. The hiking specific section was a bit lackluster and the pair we liked were too narrow, and his favorite pair of vans were sold out in his size, but overall we got 2 pair for $100 and it was a successful and quick shopping experience!

Managers / coworkers would rather stand and gossip over helping customers. They think customers cant hear what they are saying. Wrong!

Great staff, very nice people that don't hover while you shop, but are there if you need help. The store is beautiful and full of so many brands, styles and lots to choose from for everyone in the family. We were specifically looking for a store to buy shoes that wasn't requiring masks, this place was awesome!

The women's section has little options to choose from but the men's selection has more options to choose from then the women's

Awesome customer service and easily the best prices at the lake. Only gave it a 4 star because they usually don't have my style execpt for this time.

Didn't find the type of shoe I was looking for but it was a breath of fresh air to have employees that actually help you look. Thanks Angyl!
