Shoe Carnival reviews
12Only complaint was there were no deals going on. Thought there would be with black Friday bring yesterday. Still though found a few good finds.
Affordable prices and good quality shoes. Usually the first place I go to when I'm shopping for new shoes!
Not impressed at all with the employees not caring if they helped any one out or not. The floors were filthy and cluttered. Could seriously use a good vacuum. I was concerned about the boys having to sit on the floor to try on their shoes. When we went to check out the employee didn't mention anything about a discount like spinning the wheel. I asked if the boys could spin the wheel and she said yeah sure, go ahead. They used to have someone greet you as you came in and was excited to greet you. Wow, it's really gone down hill.
Boxes of mismatched shoes strewn about through the aisles.it was such a cluster mess I couldn't find ANYTHING! Those poor employees that have to try to straighten it all out.why are people so disrespectful? I was VERY DISAPPOINTED!
Check your shoes. Make sure you have the same ones. The staff unwrap them to see if you stole something apparently. The girl that rang up my shoes unwrapped the tissue and took them out of the bags. I guess she forgot she had already checked the first box and proceeded to check it again. I asked if they matched and she said yes. 92 miles home I had 2 different shoes
Nice store, lack of help, one cashier, one walking back and forth, and the lime was far too long for another cashier not to stay and help the 1 cashier, someone said it was the manager, I don't know, but the training needs revamped. Customers come first
I don't even want to give one star the past 2 times I have gone into the store and picked out clearance shoes and went to check out they have told me they are not on clearance even though they had stickers on the box saying 9.99 clearance but they could take 10 dollars off for me
Store was a mess. Boxes of shoes everywhere, including on the floor, seating, etc. Shoes weren't where they were supposed to be. It was cluttered and in disarray. Three employees sitting behind the counter talking about personal issues that I could hear two rows back. Discussing how the store was going to "get hit. " Very disappointed.
Selection is fair, but only if you aren't looking for something specific. I find shoes from time to time 'on accident' but have never gone in and found anything I was specifically looking for.
Always have a good variety of shoes customer service is good, but the online prices are misleading.
One of the only places that ever carried a size 15/16 wide, and they no longer carry anything over a 14 and there were maybe 10 pairs of those in the entire store most those were boots and dress shoes. Once again, there's no local place that sells men's tennis shoes in larger sizes. Very disappointed in this change, no matter the reasoning.
Not a status symbol. Pick the right shoe. Good company imo. - Shoe expert. Good brands, fun atmosphere for families and kids. Decent prices but sometimes you have to make sure everything is right about the shoes. Like the sole having the right support or cushioning for your several children's individual feet. The shape, their weight, etc purpose of the shoe purchase.
