Shoe Carnival, St Joseph MO

The associates asked a lot if we needed help but weren't very knowledgeable.

Had a rude cashier experience today when I returned a pair of work shoes I didn't need an never wore bought on the 17th walk around in the store was the only time I wore them an he called them dirty but took them but was rude thankfully when I found a pair to swap out with a nice lady rang me up the dude was a jerk definitely won't be going back if he is working

I like the large selection and prices. The staff is friendly and the store is clean.

Found what I was looking for at a great price. Good service overall good experience

Clean store, friendly employees. But I felt like I was at a car dealership mor than a shoe store. Their was one employee that could not get a hint. At first it was him being polite and asking if I needed help with anything and I responded no thank you I'm just looking. He then said ok. But instead of leaving me to look at the possibilities, he just stood there awkwardly staring I would try to go somewhere and he insisted on walking backwards in front of me. So I left. And went to another shoe store. It's ashame because I was prepared to buy 2 pairs that were both in the $90 range. Not a fan of aggressive sales tactics.

Customer service was great and their selection of shoes is outstanding.
