Shoe Sensation reviews
9The clerk that was working there was very friendly and very helpful and made sure I got what I needed thank you so very much
I went to the desk to see if they had a boot in a different size and she said no but I can ship them to u for free so I said absolutely! I will definitely shop there often. They had the best customer service and I had a very pleasant Black Friday shopping day. Thank you all at the store you were all so kind
Avoid this place if you are a minority they racially profile you. Corporate fell free to message me an i will gladly tell you what happened.
I get my school shoes here every year they last a long time and don't cost that much.
Upset that the woman lied on the phone by saying she had a brand of shoe.when I arrived there were no brand of the shoe she said they had there. Unprofessional
I purchased 5 pairs of shoes for My toddler and 4 of them fit great over her AFO boots. The lady's their were super helpful and definitely recommend checking them out
Stopped here to get our girls school shoes. One pair rang up $49.99, ok no problem. Then they told us the second pair was on clearance for $10 and the third pair had a price tag of $15 on the box but rang up for $20. The cashier said let me get my manager quick. They came back and said the $10 was actually $40 and only marked down $10 and the $15 pair was actually $20 (even though it had a lower price tag). Yep, we said you can keep them, we'll go where they actually know their prices.
I recently suffered a foot injury during this pandemic. After having it treated it was recommended that I wear a certain style of footware during the healing process. Since it was a messy situation I did not want to wear my expensive $120 orthopedic pair. I called my local Shoe Sensation Store and described my situation and the type of shoe I needed. They were so helpful and understand. I was able to look on their website of what they carried and picked out a few styles that would suit my situation at the price I needed. Luckily, we found a perfect pair over the phone, paid for it then all that was needed was a curb side pick up! The shoes were a perfect fit! Thanks Shoe Sensation for all your help in my hour of need!
Initially walk into the store and greeted by what I thought were courteous staff. After about 10 minutes, I'm being bombarded with questions about what I'm searching for and how each shoe is fitting. Pretty normal retail questions; but shortly after that, the other salesperson walks by without any identification of employment there, rudely asking me questions. I feel like they were screening my fiance and I as if we were shoplifters. I'm a picky person about shoes, the last thing I want is someone breathing down my neck.
