Shoe Sensation, Kirksville MO

I found shoes I liked but needed a half size bigger. The employee placed the order on Saturday afternoon (July 1) and they came today (July 6). That was really fast with the weekend and holiday!

Very pleasant and nice clean store. I was greeted at the door by an employee who took the time to show me where the shoes that I was looking for was. After picking out a few pairs and trying them on, he came to check on me to see if I was doing all right. I will definitely go back to look at other shoes, I was looking for work shoes and indeed found a pair that feels really nice on my feet.

Very friendly and customer oriented. Store very clean and organized. Sales staff very knowledgeable. Will shop there again.

We really needed more help than we got finding shoes that worked with prescription arch supports. I can’t blame the single employee directly; she shouldn’t have been asked to handle a store that size, that busy alone. That’s on management. But we ended up going somewhere else where we did get help with finding the right size and style.

Good service but they didn't have any of the 3 different pairs of shoes I was interested in my size, but the salesperson said he could order them & send them directly to me so I did that.

Great experience today at Shoe Sensation. Staffing friendly and helpful.
