I'm just blown away by the professionalism, speed and attention to detail I experienced at Shoreline. After a destructive tire blowout on my fifth wheel, Jordan went above and beyond to help salvage some of my camping season. The repairs were done immediately when the parts came in and they made the whole trailer look like it just rolled out of the showroom when I picked it up. When I need more service and repairs, it's coming here!

I had a blowout on the highway and it tore the skirting off of one side of my RV and damaged the other side, too. Shoreline did a Spectacular job! My RV looks like it just came off the factory lot. I also suffered damage on my slide and their repair is so good that you can’t tell anything ever happened. Tremendous job!

Had our RV repaired at Shoreline after being hit last winter in the middle of a long trip. The finished product is perfect, paint looks like new, all the parts/bin doors are working better than before. Had real hard time with getting the right parts from manufacturer but Shoreline kept us informed and made the timing of having the RV with them/with us work so we could do other things while waiting. Very professional, friendly and quality workmanship that you always hope for when having work done. Thought we had a slide problem and they checked things out. They advised us that it was not an issue and didn't just take our money for no reason, honesty and integrity that is hard to find. Definitely the place to go for RV repairs!

Shoreline helped quickly resolve some cosmetic damage that occurred to our 2022 RV. They were on time and we had our camper back as promised by the date requested.

These guys do amazing work when it comes to gel coat and flake repair! I had some dock rash on my bass boat and I can’t even tell where the damage occurred. I would recommend for this type of work.

We initially used Shoreline for our RV furnace that would come on and shut off. We are over the top protective about our camper and we’re worried about impending weather the day of our appointment. They assured us they would keep it inside until it was repaired. We were able to get in for an appointment within two weeks and it was completed within 2 days. Since it was the beginning of summer we couldn’t really test the heater. In the fall it came on fine but there was a rattle. They guaranteed the work and fixed the rattle. Recently we had a recall on the stove and they allowed us to bring the camper in, leave it hooked up and fix it while we waited. Customer service like this is rare these days. I highly recommend them.

This facility has the friendliest, courteous, helpful, knowledgeable staff that I have ever met. If at all possible, I will never take my camper or boat anywhere else, even if I have to drive 500 miles to get there. This facility & staff is the definition of "1st Class".
