I have had to call them on a few occasions and the customer service was awesome. Coming from STL the prices here are cheaper and you can actually talk to a human without being on hold for 20+ minutes!

$350 just to keep my apartment (not even house) at SIXTY DEGREES IN JANUARY. $450 if you want to have a hope of not freezing. Price gouging

A big thanks to the bmu employees who put in an additional meter for a sprinkler system. You guys rock. Not only were you all extremely courteous you were prompt and went above and beyond to clean up after the dig. Great group of guys. Thanks again.
