Simmons Bank

On September 11th at 12: 30 I went in to have a document printed. Pointing to my phone & ready to send the document, I said to the teller, Nicole Henderson, I needed her email to print out a document. She tells me she has seen me in the bank but asks me for my ss, id & gives me a lengthy discussion about verifying who I am. There are two other tellers there who know me, one who turns around at this point but doesn't say anything. Giving her my ID I think she is getting ready to give me her email then asks me which account?

Pointing to my phone again, I explain what I need. Nicole says she didn't hear that, TURNS HER BACK TO ME saying in a very LOUD, UNPROFESSIONAL & DISRESPECTFUL TONE she doesn't understand why I am being so rude to her. I replied back "I am not being rude" in the same tone she used with me. She finally gives me her email to print the document.

If I could give a negative "10" review I would. I started with this bank when it first opened as Liberty Bank & stayed with this same location when Simmons took over. A customer should never be spoken to in a disrespectful, unprofessional manner or feel like they've been "interrogated", especially on such a somber day as 9/11.

Call ahead and set appointments if you need to see a banker. They are understaffed and may not have bankers in during scheduled hours.
