I have called and called without any results. My originally company decided to sell my lease to these people. I have multiple issues going on with my house and I have made maint requests. The one person who came out decided it would be a good idea to tape a cracked pipe as a form of a perm fix. As far as the wall between my 2 spare rooms that are cracked all the way from top to bottom and across the ceiling, the garage door being broken and gapped, my master shower floor cracked and leaking down into my garage, they have done nothing to fix anything. I put my work orders in over a month ago and still nothing. I get text messages saying theyre on the other line and will call me back and here we are 2 weeks later and nothing. I also was supposed to get a call about my rent payment they say they never got and I have proof from my bank that $1150 came out of my acct and went into theirs and yet I still havent heard anything from them. I want my old company back. I DO NOT RECOMMEND SIMPLIFYY

I’ve been in a lease agreement for almost 9 months and my finished basement has flooded 6 times with sewage back up. I am extremely unhappy. They have yet to fix the problem, only doing a quick fix and not resolving the issue.

It took two days after a winter storm for me to get any form of space heater or attempt at fixing my actual heating unit, they were very unorganized and unprofessional in the entire experience and honestly seemed uncaring to the seriousness of my situation, then immediately after which, they charged me two late fees of $50 dollars, so, $100 total, because of technical errors of no fault but their own when trying to pay my rent. They are unwilling to compromise or to hear my side of the story. In all, just another greedy corporation looking to make their money, they do NOT care about their resident in the SLIGHTEST since.

Our owners just changed to this management. The first month we try to pay rent we get charged the amount TWICE, not by our doing but through the online system. Simplifyy has no plan to refund us but said to have the bank stop the charge, which they can’t. So we have an overdrawn account with no money until who knows when. What a heartless company. I will be filing complaints against the brokers.

I have laid my rent every single month. They put a notice on my door in October where I had an issue about a missed payment that never happened. They fixed it then, now my account says I owe a whole payment I’ve called 6 times and they won’t speak to me but rather through text and do nothing. This company is a start up made by rich people for more rich people to make money. Gross

Needs 0 stars. This company is the worst they have no respect or courtesy for the tenants they're only in it for the all mighty dollar.they hire subpar maintenance workers who dont speak a lick of English nor does the supervisor of the crew feel it necessary to be around to answer questions or concerns.they come in all hours of the day or night including holidays banging around with no regards to the neighbors or a 24 hr notice stating water shut off etc.and when you call noone ever answers the phone you get a text message. I've had issues with my neighbors and I cant get them to care of the situation.to top it off they think it's a great idea to evict all tenants including long time tenants in order to improve and remodel all units during a pandemic with some having medical issues and nowhere else to go except for assisted living.they mislead the previous owner and made him believe that they were only going to improve the units and remodel as the units emptied and impose the new rent price for new leases he said had he known what they were going to do he would've never sold to them.and since all the current units are month to month no one has a lease I could go on and on.

For this price I could hire a team of employees that would be ONLY concerned with my property. Instead I’m hiring people who aren’t even on site and have numerous other communities they are running?

I will take someone who is boots on the ground any day of the week (and they cost less too!)
