Only lasted 10 minutes here as the atmosphere was sinister. You can get great views of river here and it's unfortunate this park is not safe.

Tons of trash, and a lot of creepy people doing sketchy things at all hours.but otherwise it is a nice, peaceful place

This place has amazing views of the river. Nice walking/biking area. And if you like photographing wildlife eagles love to glide above the bluffs in early morning. Not the cleanest park but a nice hangout.
