Wife got she wanted, andi enjoyed talking with the guy, with the motorcycle, (old).

Dressed down intentionally, Went in to buy 2 surf boards to use at the lake. Asked for help sizing boards, was shown the sizing chart (in cm) then asked how long a board was because I did not see anything on the tag that showed centimeters and person working got hateful and said that the board I picked up was 3.9 ft, so I guess it’s the customers responsibility to know the conversion between feet and centimeters or is the customers responsibility to look it up, very unhelpful and disappointed because this was the first time in the store! Will be sure to tell all of our friends not the shop here!

Just went in to ask about a onewheel and financing and the guy was rude and judged us like no other. My husband and i felt so uncomfortable and he wouldn’t answer any questions we had. So disappointed and disrespectful!
