I received a gift card to Skin by Ken from my family and let me tell you, this was a game changer. I’m not too familiar with the facial world, but I’m becoming a fan already. I had my first dermaplaning and hydrofacial and my skin feels 100,000 times better, even two days later. I don’t even want to put makeup over my beautiful and glowy skin.

Ken talked me through everything and constantly made sure I was comfortable. Plus Ken’s humor only made me love the treatment more. Will I be back? YES. 15/10 recommend. Please take a change on Ken, it’s recommended!

With 100% certainty, I can tell you if you are looking for a place to put the youth back into your skin, this is the place to go. I go to Skin by Ken for a vital part of my self care. He provides the things important to me for lowering my stress & anxiety levels … the room has a soothing atmosphere complete with lush blankets, warm table, music, relaxing lighting and more. Ken’s soft voice and touch during my facials is perfect for me since I’m extremely migraine prone. I always leave with glowing, supple skin and relaxed mind. And for the service he provides he’s competitively priced considering his being located in Kirkwood.

This post is to counter the bad review from the girl claiming her chemical was too intense. I’m not sure how you can get a medical grade chemical peel and claim it to be too intense. I burned, peeled, and shedded every ounce of dead and damaged skin and got beautiful results. My dermatologist couldn’t believe it! I have suffered from
hyperpigmentation/melasma for several years now. I’ve spent thousands of dollars on bleach creams, treatments, peels, needling etc.to get little to no results. I was almost ready to give up on it. I went in to Skin by Ken to have a chemical peel done and WOW the results are amazing. You wouldn’t even believe that my before pictures are me. I want to give a huge shout out to ken and can’t wait to continue my journey of treatment with him.

I bought a Groupon for a 90 minute massage by Ken. I honestly should have left when I arrived. I found out Ken is an esthetician, which does allow for massage services, but that's not Ken's specialty. I am now in much more pain than I was in before I went for my massage. My back is now snapping and popping when it never has done that before even when I have a lot of tightness and stress. I even agreed to do cupping after Ken suggested it. I figure try everything once. I should have learned more about cupping first. I was a little concerned when the cups went back into the storage box and we're not sanitized afterwards and worried about who used them before me. Unfortunately the experience left me feeling deeply uncomfortable both mentally and physically.
