Worst experience ever. I booked a 5: 30pm appointment for my daughter & I for dip nails and a polish change on our toes. After choosing a color I was talked into a different shade because it had a matching polish. When it came time to have my toes painted (over an hour later), they informed me that they ran out of the matching color. I asked to cancel the polish change for my toes & asked if someone could please do my daughters nails, as she has been waiting over a hour, while multiple workers are just sitting around & taking other appointments. They claimed they ‘didn’t know’ even though I had two appointments scheduled for 5: 30pm & verified this upon signing in when we arrived. The nail tech also made my finger bleed, after telling her 3 times she was hurting me. And now, 2 days later, the glitter top coat they put on top of the dip is peeling on my daughter’s nails.

Save your money & time and find a different nail salon!

I didn’t get in until an hour after my appointment. They were very busy so whatever. But then the lady doing my nails kept leaving to help other people. I was so tired of being there that I just dealt with how bad my nails were so I could leave. They were uneven and lumpy and very thick. A week in I noticed how sore one nail was and realized it was because the tip put on was too small and pinching my nail as it grew out I have never had this bad of an experience and will never go here again. I’m left with awful looking and painful nails. Not worth it at all and I get my nails done every three weeks. I guess it was what I get for trying a new place

Love my nails! The staff were very friendly! I showed them a picture of what I wanted and they nailed it.

I’ve been going here for years and this time Rose charged me $85 for a new set of medium length acrylic nails with brown paint and gold cat eye paint on top. I’ve NEVER paid this high of price!

Best pedicure I've ever had! I was in town visiting my Mom and just chose a salon close by. My manicurist took so much time and care to get my dry heals very smooth.

25 in minutes in the pedicure chair with feet in cold water while the man starts working on the next persons nail job. Ridiculous service

Do NOT purchase a giftcard here- they will steal your money. I purchased a $100 giftcard for my mother in law for Mother’s Day, she used $50 of it (when she used it the lady said “someone loves you, you still have a large balance”). She went back this week to use the rest and the lady told her that her balance was $0. The lady then accused her of giving the card to someone else to use, my mother in law was in tears because money is tight and paying out of pocket was not expected. I’m also frustrated that they stole $50 from my husband and I that we got for my mother in law. Go to Voncii down the street, it’s much cleaner, nicer and they won’t steal your money! They are much more trustworthy. There is no way this company will be in business or should be in business after treating customers like this!

My first time here, I had an appointment, my person was behind, so Danny kindly took me in. He did a great job on my nails. I would definitely go back.

I paid 65$ for individual eyelashes, definitely was not worth the price I’ve been to several nail salons and paid 20$-30$ for individuals and lasted 2 weeks these were coming off the next day they weren’t long, there were smudges of glue and everything you can get extensions for 65$ but for individuals is ridiculous.

After the way you spoke to my spouse and kids today. We will no longer patronize your buisness. Make sure everyone knows about the rudness and disrespect of your nail salon.

By far the worst acrylics I've ever had done. None of them are even, the acrylic is lumpy, and the French tips are all different lengths. I literally left and went somewhere else and paid again to get them fixed.

I used to go here last summer and they did good. I've been back four times in the last couple of months and they are just horrible service now they've done it wrong so many times. I don't even want to go back for them to fix it

Sunny was great! He was so sweet and fixed my nails and made them look perfect! Some fun for my daughters 10th birthday she got a matching set with someone else I didn’t get the name. Will be going back to see Sunny every time!

This USED to be my nail salon. Owners have changed. Upselling happens every time. Last visit was painful and frustrating- this is supposed to be a relaxing experience!
I also received texts from the tech after 10: 00 that night trying to get me to go to her church until I blocked her 45 minutes later.

I wanted a simple polish for a school dance, but Amy said my nails were too short so she gave me super short acrylics instead, which were actually very pretty! I got a gorgeous red color. My best friend's dad owns the business, and I really loved the service!

Amazing! Actually did what I want rather than what they want. I like my nails short because I type all day. He made them short and they look amazing! I will be back!

They don't trim and clean your cuticles wit DIP polish?
And the topcoat is already peeling on day 7

I've been going here for a few years now, and my experience veries, I get gel nails and I like them Short, and all my nails painted, they tend to not paint the edges. I get extreme attitude when I ask for them to do this, Amy is the meanest, biggest attitude, and the end they always make sure they get a tip, I tip accordingly, I'm not sure if I'll be back.
