Sky Zone Trampoline Park, Ballwin MO

Absolutely loved this place! My whole family including myself and my husband went with our neighbors and their kids. I would recommend adults joining the experience with their kids.you'll be tired, but it is so much fun!

There is so much to do for everyone. We didn't purchase a party package but invited friends and family, even smaller kids attended.

The older ones and adults played dodge ball, flipped, basketball, etc. Prices weren't as bad as they seem for the amount of fun everyone had.

Pretzel with cheese took 8 mins, never took a number or name had to go get it myself. No ketchup for fries. No ranch etc. Pizza for party came out 20 mins before they called name to eat so n it was cold. Bathrooms were terrible. Kids had fun though

Great for burning kids energy. Weekends before 11am are good for little kids. I prefer weekday mornings which are very empty but even weekday evenings are not that busy.

This place is fun and kids under 2 are free. However, this place is so dirty! The toddler zone had multiple spilled icees and trash everywhere and the bathroom was disgusting!

I brought my nephew in early 2022 and the place was terrific. Returned in August 2023 w 3 kids. The place is filthy and not well-maintained. Lots of hazards ready to cause an injury to anyone playing. One of the kids pointed to a cockroach in the toddler play area as we were leaving. This place is not inexpensive and patrons deserve better.

I love all the workers here they are all great people.they make having a member ship very worth it!

This place should be cleaned more frequently. There are a lot of torn cube sponges, it would be better if they are replaced. Other wise little particles might be dangerous for kids.
Also, be aware when your kids jump into the ball pool in toddler. Big pads under balls were missing. Which means they were placed right on the concrete.

Dirty. Broken down. Zero organization. The few employees present could care less and pay no attention. Kids getting hurt right and left. Adult males with no kids playing closely to other people's kids. Avoid this place at all cost. Not worth the money or aggrevation.

I took my kids here because they have a toddler area in addition to the main area. Unfortunately, the toddler area was constantly overrun by teenagers. Twice I said something to workers and they did nothing. My older kids did enjoy themselves. The place was clean.

We've brought our kids here for the past few years because they have a decent array of activities for older kids since ours are now in middle school. It used to be in much better shape before Skyzone took over Defy. The place had trash and dirt all over, it looked like they hadn't swept the floors in weeks. It was super stinky and much of the padding and seats are worn down and ripped up. Bathrooms had no working paper towel dispensers and paper and pee all over the floors. There were only 2 employees working the activity area so there was no attention to safety. Kids were running everywhere not following the general rules like one at a time on the trampoline, etc. I saw quite a few close calls of younger kids running across trampolines right under a teen doing flips. One of our kids got bruised up crashing into another kid who ran right across them dunking a basketball and another got jumped on in a foam pit. It was pretty much a hot mess.

This is one of the better sky zones because it used to be called DEFY. So there's a zip line, swing, and a slide (I'm not sure if the slide is working).
This will be the only sky zone I go to from now on!

My son is having a lot of fun! The $70 summer pass is affordable and has really helped me to keep my sanity (I work at the table while he plays). The bathrooms need some attention though. There is typically no soap to wash hands or towels to dry them and an occasional shortage in toilet paper-but I’m bringing my own now since I know it’s an issue. If this review were based ob the overall experience of and waiting areas only I would rate it a 5/5. I took away 1 star bcz of the bathrooms. Overall, it’s a satisfactory experience.

I agree with the other reviews this place used to be a good place to take your kids. At They used to have fun but now it has changed a lot. This place is disgusting now. Employees always behind the front desk 4 to 5 people doing nothing just chilling playing on their phones trash is everywhere. They need a lot of repairs. It’s not safe. For kids to play they don’t care about the customers or the members every time you go there they have areas close they don’t really work on it or fix it.they bathrooms are disgusting smells really bad, this place just going to hell I would never go back and I will never recommend any one to go there on top of that They push you into memberships. Then if you want to cancel it, you’ll have to go online.
No phone calls saying they cannot help you over the phone.extremely frustrating and bad customer service.

Sadly, this place has really gone downhill since the last time we were here. Since this place opened as Flying Spider years ago, my kids always wanted to come to this trampoline park instead of the ones that are closer to our house. During our visit, three of the main attractions were closed, we only saw one staff member walking around actually supervising the entire time, and a lot of the equipment just really need some TLC.

Good place for most ages. BUT, there were 3 school busses full of kids that arrived after we did, and chaos ensued. They were all ages, and took over most everything. The little guys could no longer jump on the small trampolines, snack lines were long, etc. Not much fun after that. Also, I didn't like that you now have to sign a waiver as an observer.
