Charles was very knowledgeable and helped us pick out our furniture, answered all our questions and keeps us updated regarding deliveries. Our bed was delivered today as promised and is exactly as we ordered.
Highly recommend this store and especially Charles!

I went to Slumberland for the first time today and was greeted by Ian. He was a friendly, informative, helpful, kind salesman. I thoroughly enjoyed working with him and purchased two pieces of furniture. The items I bought were exactly what I had dreamed of finding and Ian far exceeded my expectations of a sales person. I could not be happier and can't wait for my new pieces to arrive.

I can't give 5 stars because it took forever to get someone to help us. My husband and I went into the store looking for a bedroom set. We found the set we wanted and still no salesperson to acknowledge us, by this time we had been in the store for about 45 minutes. We went in on a Wednesday night 4-18-18 and the store was not busy. My husband wanted to walk out and normally I would have walked out with my husband, but I wanted the bedroom set. So I went and found a salesmen (there was one other couple in the store that was getting help from another sales person). I asked him if he could help us and he said sure. We showed him which set we wanted and he wrote up the order great commission when we did all of the work. The gentlemen that delivered the furniture I would give a 5. They were fast friendly and very careful with our furniture. I work in sales and I expect sales people to treat me like I treat my customers. If the sales people are busy they should always acknowledge the people shopping in the store.

Our salesperson Charles was REALLY nice, HE does NOT get the "1 star" review, however Eian and Thad are VERY deserving of the "1 star" review. Upon coming back in for our 2nd visit to actually purchase the mattress we really feel in love with, Charles was off so Eian, the store manager, helped us. Wish seemed nice enough and walked us through everything and writting up the sale. When we got to the part for the free delivery, my wife and I BOTH made it VERY clear that we wanted our delivery to happen on a SATURDAY. Eian told us that we couldn't do this Saturday and we we would have to wait until the following week in order to get a SATURDAY delivery, so we said we could wait the couple of weeks and we PAID IN FULL for our mattress and "NEEDED" mattress cover. Well we are ALMOST at our exciting Saturday when I get a call to let us know that we are actually set up for a FRIDAY delivery.ummm, my wife and I work full time and waited an extra week so we could have a SATURDAY delivery. Well it turns out that they "NEVER deliver to our area on Saturdays and we must have been mistaken because your delivery on your receipt shows for Friday the 23rd. " Ummm, I guess we should have looked at a calendar, but we took it for granted that when we asked FOR A SATURDAY that the STORE MANAGER would have given us a date for A SATURDAY, NOT A FRIDAY. Anyway, after have a rather poor experience at another St. Louis mattress shop, Mattress Direct, and let our sales person Charles know AND the store manager Eian know, they STILL can't fess up to their mistake. When I called and talked to Thad, the GENERAL MANAGER, he gave us options of: having it delivered on Friday (told us to get a friend or family member to watch our house), pick it up ourselves at another location, OR he could have it delivered to us NEXT Saturday (hmmmm, he told us that they NEVER deliver to our area on Saturdays). At which point I responded and told Thad that we would be happy to take delivery on Friday IF we could get someone to watch our house and we would like a set of Bamboo sheets as compensation. "Yeah, I am not gonna do that, we aren't allowed to do that, and your ticket says delivery for Friday, soooo. " Evidently customer service is NOT something Slumberland, Eian, OR THAD are able to provide.do whatever it takes to get our money, but not do what it takes to take care of the customer.their corporate customer service is a joke too.

Another few purchases later and still very happy! Thanks Lisa. We love our beautiful new real leather power reclining sofas. Made our New Year start off amazing and comfortably! You are always very happy to help us, and are very honest. It's a special thing when you can keep going to the same place for years, see the same great people and quality, who treat you like family not sales.

Thanks so much for the greatest service and experience ever shopping for a mattress! Our sales woman Lisa was simply the best in the business! She walked us through several different types of mattresses and through very few questions was able to narrow down the very best fit for us!
As someone with many physical disabilities including RA, psoriatic arthritis, crohns, COPD, and many other physical and autoimmune health problems, Lisa understood just how important this bed would play a role in my everyday life for years to come.her wealth of knowledge was endless! She encouraged us to get comfortable and really try out the Sealy Optimum! We decided to go with the medium firm with the awesome power base! Its only been 2 nights and 3 days and im already cutting my pain pill use by 2 a day! I feel comfortable and refreshed when I wake up already telling a huge difference! Lisa you are a well trusted member of the family and will receive repeat business as well as word of mouth referrals! Also want to give a shout out to Kyle for taking care of everything from delivery and assistance with our extra last minute addition of our beautiful tv stand and handling the 0% financing. He is also a great guy and will do what needs to be done to make the customer happy!
Lastly the gentleman that delivered the ged were very quick, on time, and did a fantastic job! I was enjoying my new bed in no time at all!

Furniture selection is very subjective, but I didn't feel like Slumberland had anything that struck my fancy. The prices seemed a bit high, but not as high as others. I saw what I thought was more retro/modern selections, rather than classic/modern. I may stop in again someday.

Lisa was a very helpful, knowledgeable and patient sales person, as we laid around on mattresses on 2 different days before we bought one. I would definitely recommend her.

Warranty does cover the product, but you are on your own for delivery. (even if you already paid for it to be delivered once)

Very friendly and I love their clearance showroom, lots of good finds with no damages! The name always made me think that this was only a place for beds but it is like any other furniture store with couches beds tables Etc.

Our first time at Slumberland was in August of 2014. We were in search of a new mattress and had been to multiple stores. We were extremely impressed with Lisa, our sales person. She answered our questions about the different mattresses while being very personable and making the experience easy and enjoyable. We chose to purchase the mattress from Lisa and Slumberland because of the quality, price, and experience. We definitely will be back!

Saleswomen lied to me.told me if i boughg the mattress protector they would take it back within 120 days. Well, they wont take it back. At best I can get store credit. I will not buy any furniture from liars DO NOT SHOP HERE

I loved their furniture! I've been looking for weeks and they have the quality I've been looking for and then I found out it's all American made! Wonderful salesman, Gary was kind to give me my space but was around enough to answer my questions. I'll be back!

I have purchased furniture from Slumberland in the past and have come to expect good customer service. My experience this time around was excellent. I dealt with Catherine and she was knowledgeable and accommodating. I recommend South County Slumberland for anyone looking for great service and great prices.

I'll tell you what-I am not a shopper but the folks at Slumberland on Rusty Road were SO nice and friendly that it made what, for me, is usually a chore a lot of fun. I highly recommend this store!

This was our first time in Slumberland. We were in search for a new mattress and had in mind that we wanted a memory foam mattress. Our sales associate, Lisa, was fantastic from the beginning to our final decision to purchase. She was very knowledgeable about the products and had our best interest in mind. We couldn't be happier with our purchase.
