Excellent customer service. Theresa was helpful and not at all pushy. I was very happy with my Slumberland experience.

Our salesman, Jamie, helped me pick out the perfect recliner for after back surgery use. No high pressure salesmanship. He asked me questions that provided him with a picture of the best recliner for me.

Justin did a great job helping us pick out a bed and mattress. We got it in the time frame he said it would be available. Justin followed thru the entire sale and called us to make sure we got a text scheduling our delivery. The two guys who delivered the bed and mattress were a half hour early which was wonderful and were very professional they made sure everything was setup correctly before they left. I highly recommend Slumberland.

I purchased a twin mattress for$574.00 and was told it would be $169 for delivery. I live 1.8 miles from the store. Very unhappy with that and will not do any further business with Slumberland. That is literally highway robbery.

I had an overall good experience. After introducing himself; Jamie allowed me to shop at my own pace, didn't 'hover' and was quick to answer any of my questions. I'm happy with my purchase and will return for future business A+
