6I have thought about this review for a while. The way I see it no matter what you don’t treat customers in the fashion that the guys at this establishment treated me today. No matter your policies or my acrions you do not treat customers in such a way. These two were ready to fight. One of them was even almost growling when he raged at me. I strongly suggest not going to this business for anything. Absolutely unprofessional like some juveniles on the play ground. Still can’t believe people act this way. I was gonna spend a $1000 today. Oh well we won’t be back. Something wrong with these people.

Always have had nothing good things to say about these guys when you call and have a question they got an answer. When you need a motor they got it. One thing is that I think your sales would greatly increase with an easy to use website for ordering through a dealer portal platform. Look forward to the future business,

Our business, Conine & Sons Small Engine Repair ordered a new engine the first part of September. Upon receiving the engine, we opened the box and removed the foam, engine had damage - we took pictures of the box and engine, no damage appeared to the box. Small Engine Distributors for the last 4 months has refused to assist in any way advising all engines are shipped collect and any damage is your responsibility. It is obvious this engine was damaged before even packaging. A non-damaged box left us total repair costs. Last 3 engines that we received from Small Engine Distributors have had damage. Taking pictures didn't help at all with our case. All calls were always forwarded to a higher up in the company and was told we would receive a follow up call - which they never did. I would highly advise to not do any business with this company. Their lack of quality and customer service is not a good way of doing business.
