I highly recommend using Smart Foundation! My investment property had some sinking issues which required Piers to be installed to support my flooring. I received two other bids, but ultimately hired Smart Foundation because of Danny Campbell and Lissette. Danny was very professional, took his time inspecting my property, provided me options, and he was honest. He walked me step by step throughout the entire process. I also felt Smart was reasonably priced for the scope of work. The work took one full day to complete. I am a very satisfied customer and will refer them to anyone who needs foundation repairs.

Technician did an outstanding job sealing our foundation. They were punctual, knowledgeable and efficient. They did a very good job of completing the job with minimal destruction. They were neat and they did a good job at clean up.

Christian, Smart Foundations, and his team did excellent work in placing piers and related equipment to stabilize my foundation. They also stabilized 4 I-beams at the basement walls that had worked loose and checked all others for correct placing.

They called before coming each day, gave ETA, and were never late. They secured the work area so jackhamner dust was limited to the area. They cleaned up the basement when finished. It looked better than when I bought the house.

Christian assured me there would be one of them on site during work time so I could leave, if I chose, during noisy times or otherwise.

They kept me informed of the stages of work they were at and expected completion, which was exactly on time.

All respected my privacy upstairs, knocking on door to give me information.

They cleared the finished basement of a hill of dirt and cement pieces, cleaned the area, and then cleared and cleaned the garage before leaving.

I have had experience with 3 separate foundation repair companies over the years for the nightmare that is my basement. Smart Foundation has been my best experience hands down. In fact, they have earned my trust so much so that if anything else were to arise in the future I have determined that getting other bids is ultimately not necessary. Their work is solid, skilled and trustworthy. Their communication throughout the entire process was unparalleled (Daniel, Eddy, Lissette, Al… all amazing!). And their pricing is extremely competitive. I really cannot say enough good things about them. They have made a miserable situation (if you have foundation issues you know what I mean) so much more bearable.

Our House Foundation repair went very smoothly in stabilizing the house. Our project was estimated 6 work days, took 7.5 work days to complete, due to many large rocks had to be removed, to get to the bottom of the house foundation. The 3 man crew worked very hard digging out the holes for the piers in both the garage & the basement. They were very careful not throw the dirt & clay all over but on covered floor surfaces on the carpeted areas. They covered most all personal items in close proximity of the hole digging. The crew was always responsive to our questions being very courteous at all times. The crew was very happy always working & only taking their required breaks in the morning, afternoon, & for lunch. The team never argued with the foreman, Selvin, used bad language, or played loud music. They all worked together for the full 8 hours getting the project done correctly & on time. Project Manager, Eddie came around to check on the crew's progress 1 & sometimes 2 times a day. He also answered questions & was very courteous, polite, & ensured the team stayed on track with equipment & guidance. The cleanup after the project was great just like we were told by the Sales Person, Dan. Considering they had 4-5 foot high piles of dirt in the basement & garage. They left it very, very clean after filing all the pier holes back in & hauling off the really big rocks that would not fit back in the holes. They cleaned the basement walls & the carpet in the basement was just like it was before the project was started. We were very surprised & happy. The noise level when jack hammering the concrete was kept to minimum, in addition to when they were compacting the dirt back into the holes, the noise was louder, but tolerable.
The project was completed. We are very happy with Smart Foundation Systems. We recommend that if your basement needs foundation work, etc. Call them for your free estimate and get it fixed. It has a lifetime warranty. They will work with you to be a happy customer!

From start to finish everyone I spoke with was professional and knowledgeable. They showed up on time did great work, continued to keep me informed and would ask of I had any questions about the process of the project. I am recommending them to everyone.

If you have foundation problems this is the company you want, full stop. They demoed the concrete stairs, 22' of foundation wall, and the footing and rebuilt the footing and wall. The back wall of the house was being pulled towards the yard because of settling of the steps tied into the foundation. Not only were they able to get it built back correctly, they were able to move the portion of the house back to where it was originally, with no cracked drywall or any damage in the interior. These guys are masters at their craft. They notify you when they will be there, if there will be any delays, and what they are aiming to accomplish day to day. Hands down the absolute hardest working guys I've ever hired! They cleaned up after themselves and treated my issues and my home as if they were their own. I have absolutely nothing negative to say about this company and especially about their employees, true class acts and incredibly hard workers. However much Smart Foundation is paying these guys, they deserve more. I thank you all for what you did for me and will recommend this company to anyone that is having foundation issues!

With time you learn that some of the work wasn't done very well. Very unsatisfied with the resolution of issues we discovered.

We had cracks on the walls inside and doors sticking. They dug down in several places and put piers in to correct the problem. The doors are not sticking now and they cleaned up and put grass seed where it was needed. Very good job.

I can’t put into works how great this company is! They did an excellent job and were wonderful people to work with. This recent round of dry weather was too much for one corner of my house. I got a recommendation for Smart Foundation and reached out. The entire experience went perfect. Their salesman Daniel came out and evaluated what was needed and came up with a plan. Scheduled everything and the crew showed up just as expected. Eddy, Selvin, Timoteo, and Austin worked together to get the job done. Selvin and Timoteo did a bulk of the work with a great attitude and smiles throughout. I also want to give a big thanks to Lissette who coordinated everything for us. She is a pleasure to deal with. We had to add some work partway through and she got it worked into the schedule and didn't even delay the project. I would not hesitate to call if I need them again.
