The young guy there was arrogant his designing wasn't what we wanted so we went down the street this guy was really good on designing designing and nicer

Girl who worked there seemed very inpatient. Not very friendly, will not be taking my business there again.

Called to see if they could help me print raffle tickets for a charity and basically hung up on me after saying they couldn’t print on the card stock I had. I get it if you can’t do it but was very lacking on the customer service.

I use this place for all my shipping needs. People are friendly and helpful.

Who is this guy working here?

The last time I used this service they were polite and efficient. This time round, I couldn't believe what I was even hearing.

I placed an order and asked for an estimate. No response at all. Good thing I planned ahead and still have time.

The next week I call them, get a very grumpy guy telling me their turn over is next day, sometimes same day. I thought maybe my order didn't go through. I placed the order again, specified to type of paper I needed, etc. No response. So I called them again, the day before I need my order printed. No one had even looked at my files. He had to download them while I was on the phone. Two of the files had issues, which would have been great to know 2 days ago when I sent in the order and could fix it in a timely manner! Then he started to tell me that he didn't know what I meant by medium and heavy stock. WHAT?

There are plenty of good businesses at the lake with polite and competent staff. This is not one of them.
