Excellent customer service. The manager Christina was able to recommend some hair products that worked just as I had hoped. Will definitely come back.

Christina did an amazing job on my hair will 100 percent be back for another survice! Friendly and professional and clean studio! Amazing at what she does! If you need your hair done she is the one to see!

The lady's did an amazing job! My daughter wanted blue and pink for her hair but I didnt want to bleach it for the pink and she suggested somewhere I might fine what I was looking for. Which I think was amazing she would do that. They suggest that blue and purple would show up without the bleach and we went with that. They were patient with us and very professional. Definitely coming back!

I wanted my hair fully bleached and all the girl done was high lights I paid 95dollars to get it all bleached and all I got was high lights I will never go back to this hair salon and I hope the manager sees this because this service is crazy when a costumer ask for something they should get it instead of half of it

Terrible place to work! Untrained stylists, the owner Jeremy doesn't even get his hair cut at this establishment or the other Smart Styles him and his family owns. Regardless, claim you have an educator working and managing your Cape, Sikeston and Dexter Smart Styles and yet never once had his stylist that was just out of school trained by his supposed educator/ manager with 17 yrs of experience train or help her in way shape or form, however fired her! Cut my hours to nothing knowing when I was hired I was still recovering from torn Rotator cuff. And complained of my overtime when I was staying late and trying to accommodate clients and most of all the cleaning! One thing for sure the people I met during my short employment there were and are absolutley amazing wonderful people! All of you who have followed me to Attitudes (you know who you are) mean so much to me! I have to say also Courtney Sanders your loyalty to that establishment is outstanding! You deserve to be awarded for your consistent loyalty to a place that certainly would not and has not been loyal to you! Or appreciate you for you being loyal and dependable employee. People you are worth $ 2 Or $3 more that it would cost you to go somewhere else other than here! When you pay your hard earned money for a Haircut, you should be able to walk out of a salon feeling on top of the world if only for a few minutes! Never think it's just hair it will grow out in a few weeks etc. You should look and feel good about yourself and the money you work hard for when you have any type of hair service done that you have paid for. It is your hair and your hard earned money! You're worth it and deserve it! You never get a second chance to make a good first impression!

Awesome manager and stylist. My hair looks great a month later. I told her I didn't want to have to style it. She layered it and made it look good without product. A+

Omg. If u go here only deal with Natalie Collins. Had a app yesterday girl named Hope. Well I was just gonna get a cut but got color also. No I wasn’t watching her do my hair she got her license 5 yrs ago I’m thinking I’m good. No no no. Got there at 4pm didn’t get Hm till after 9pm was a mess missed my date this was Valentine’s Day y’all. This girl wack my hair up it was all one length I ask for 4 inches to cm off she get cut 14inch off then went Thur chopping at it The right side was so bad that it looked like a tragic mess. The color y’all I still had gray showing. She told me it was blonde hahaha. She never apologize to me she told me that it was a fluke and that she messed up but this girl Natalie Collins took care of me I was crying I thought I was going to jail last night this is how up set Hope had me. She came at us like we had done something wrong gonna tell Natalie we gonna have a meeting tomorrow with Missy Misty Management well girl bye then. Thank u Natalie Collins u apologize for that girl a 100 times over u fix what u could of the awful hair cut. Even this morning U called to say sorry again and to just check on me. U are a wonderful person thank u again for being there for me. By know means am I satisfied but with out u I wouldn’t even been able to wear my hair down it was that gap up. I’m satisfied to know I have met and have full trust in u Natalie Collins. Hope go back to nursing u clearly don’t know how to do hair. And that’s putting it nicely.

Never again waited 2hrs an 45 minutes to get my 2 boys hair cut an it took 2hr an 45 minutes to cut one guy's hair an only one person working
