13I went in to have my hair cut and the girl only cut 2 or 3 hairs on my head.but I paid 2o bucks for nothing. I will not be back.
I love Dessarae, she always colors, highlights and styles my hair better than I could imagine. I cannot fathom why she isn't working at a high end salon. Dessarae even calls or texts me to remind me of my appointments. I WONT GO TO ANYONE ELSE!
No greeting.not a single word of acknowledgement, even after both stylist made eye contact w/ me. Did some shopping, came back approximately 30 minutes later. One of the stylist had finished w/ a customer. When I asked about getting a child's haircut. The stylist was rude and stated both stylist were booked for the rest of the day. She never attempted or offered an appointment for the future. I took note that no one was inside the salon, waiting at the time. We waited outside the salon area, talking about our options for getting my son's hair cut for approximately 15 to 20 minutes.you guessed it.not a single person walked into the salon. Honestly, I'm glad this happened. I have never spent money w/ your company and today experience guarantees I never will.
This place is awful! They cut my sons hair uneven and made it look ten times worse then when he first came in. It looks like someone was blind folded when they cut his hair. The lady was in a rush and acted like she was in a hurry. She was cutting super fast and rushing around. Don’t waste your money here.
I always go to the same stylist and she is fantastic! Jenny takes her time to make sure you are happy with your cut, chats with you, makes you feel like family.
Jenni is so amazing, I love her doing my hair. I get appointments fast, usually just a couple of days. Plus it always looks amazing, she even fixed a highlight that looked weird because of how I parted my hair.
I booked an appointment online for my husband for an appointment at 2 pm today with Jenni. When he went to the location Jenni was incredibly aggressive and rude. Stating he was “wasting her time”. After showing an confirmed email appointment. I called after to see what the confusion was and she was very rude to me as well telling me to come check her computer. I work in customer service too and this is no way to treat people. We would of understood if something happened and she just said I’m sorry this appointment didn’t get placed on my side but instead she was beyond rude. We’ve always had good experiences at other locations. We will not be returning to this one due to the poor customer service experience.
Erica has been cutting my hair for close to a year now, she listens to me and she cares about satisfaction, I am happy to have her #PrettyAwesomeNJunk
To say Jenny is amazing is an understatement. She is the ONLY person my son will let cut his hair. Even though we moved 30 minutes away, we still go back and get our hair cut from Jenny!

Wife got appointment and got right in. Haircut only. Price was right and stylist was very cheerful. Would recommend this place to anyone needing a cut or style.
Paid too much for my daughter to have a blue color put into an ombre turned out more of a teal green and was a horrible job as it wasn't an ombre and it was streaked horribly only to be more upset after 1 wash it was gone!
My 18yr old son went here to get his hair did. I'm thinkin he prolly shoulda invested in a Flowbee. (Spelling?) Im being 100% honest too for what its worth.
