I had a smoke detector that went off on New Year’s Day! I didn’t know who to call and remembered that a friend had used Smoke Detector Pro and was very pleased.
I certainly did not expect anyone to return my call on a holiday, but Randy did!

I knew my smoke alarms needed to be changed out since most were original from 2000 but kept putting it off. Then after replacing batteries in Sept 2 alarms started chirping in December and replacing the batteries again didn’t fix the issue. Randy was quick to reply and schedule my appointment. Explained everything clearly, tested the system, cleaned up and took all waste with him. Also installed carbon monoxide detectors which were lacking. Completely happy with the entire process. A+ service!

I had a business acquaintance tell me he had a fire that took out part of his house. He said it originated in the dryer. I had Smoke Detector Pro update my smoke alarms and knew that they cleaned dryer vents. I thought I should do the safe thing so I called and they came out just when they said they would. I was surprised to see all the lint that came out of the vent. Apparently, just being diligent to clean the filter at the front of the dryer has not been adequate. I'm glad I got this job done by the Pros.
