Smoothie King

The employees were nice and friendly but I prefer that they wore gloves and wash their hands because they handle money.

The manager is phenomenal. He ALWAYS makes our drinks right. Never disappointed. I've been to several Smoothie Kings and because of the service we receive, Clayton is our go to location.

Friendly staff, created the smoothie I wanted quickly and it was great! One of the better smoothie kings I've found in Stl!

Unfortunately there are workers at this location who don't believe in Covid regulations and make people's smoothies without wearing masks. Yuck. I will never go to this location again. I wish I could give it less than a star.

I pulled up at 9 PM on a Saturday. Their website says it's now open till 10 PM. I started to walk in and thus guy gets out of his car and says are you going to Smoothie King? I said yes. He said I work here and it's closed. I then called and the store and the employee that answered said oh our website isn't always right. You could tell she didn't know what to say probably bc she was lyingt. That's is weird considering their site says we have new hours on Saturdays. The employee who said he works there goes inside and walks out with a smoothie. This is the same dude employee that was locking the door every time someone came up to the door a few weeks ago. So rude. You know they are open. This was the Smoothie King located in Creve Coeur next to Dierbergs on Olive Rd

Smoothie king is always a good establishment to go to whenever you're trying to stay on track with your fitness goals. The people here at this location are friendly and get your smoothies out in an extremely timely fashion. Stop by here whenever you get the opportunity:). Highly recommend it.

As soon as I walked in the door, an employee shouted “uggghhhh” and was irritated taking my order. I felt really unwelcomed. She had light brown curly hair down to her mid back. I work in fast food as well and would never treat someone like that. Bad customer service experience.

Visited this location 05/21 and ended up very frustrated with the result of this visit. Luke, the employee, made one of the smoothies I ordered and then he left. Waited about 40 minutes for the second smoothie. Luke left Lateisha (the other employee) with several customers to take care of by herself. He did not help her whatsoever and just walked out of the store while there were multiple people trying to order and waiting on their smoothies. Props to Lateisha for handling the amount of orders by herself, while still taking orders, AND running orders outside to people in their cars. Totally unacceptable for Luke to leave her alone to handle that load. I would absolutely hate for someone to work with Luke on their shift again! Totally felt for this girl!

On this particular day, I always stop by for my smooth everyday its sad I have to give a one star there was this one mean, mean girl who made me a horrible smoothie

This smoothie king is delicious. They have a great variety of smoothies and the service is great.

I ordered through the app for curbside. I followed the instructions on my receipt. After I called the store a lady came out with the rudest attitude and told me that next time I needed to request curbside. I offered to show her my receipt and she just stormed off.

Horrible smoothies. My husband and I have had the same smoothie for years from smoothie king. What we got was much worse than I could make at home. Completely incompetent staff, don’t waste your money or time!

Delicious smoothies, great location in the financial district. Ordering ahead is not totally perfect, I ordered curbside pickup but they only had 2 employees working and they were extremely busy with other orders to answer the phone. I know it’s not their fault, but maybe management can work on their scheduling better so they have more staff during morning rush hours.

Nearly instant when it comes to ordering ahead. 3 - 4 minutes tops to crank out a 32oz. Friendly staff and good location, wish parking was easier to find though.

The ONLY reason this location gets two stars is because of the store manager Jihad. I have on several occasions been in and not been served correctly, and every time without fail Jihad comes in and saves the day. Really awesome manager and a great person. Owner should reconsider staff choices.
