Very discriminating servers. Today August 13 at noon time, I had a bad experience with them.
Even though we have ordered first, she served all the African-American guys who ordered after me. I was waiting with two kids, and pregnant. No apology or etc. Very rude personnel. I want to reach their store managers.
Don't recommend this location. They have to learn how to talk to people first.

Trash service.
My friend was waiting for her order with her two kids for 25 minutes. They made all the other African American teenagers order.the server was so discriminative. Not even apologized for it. Very rude African American server girl.

Enjoy coming to this smoothie king. Customer service is good, but I think they could be better at greeting people when they walk in, and have a quicker response time when someone is standing at the counter waiting to order. Overall, very quick turn around on smoothies ordered, and the store is pretty stocked with items on the shelves. The tables are usually pretty clean. Prices are a good value.
I ordered the apple kiwi kale smoothie, and love it.
However, if you've never been to a Smoothie King, you should know that most of the ingredients are not fresh fruit and vegetables and just powder, which is why it comes out so fast and the smoothies taste so sweet. I do wish corporate would change the quality of ingredients so that customers could feel better about what they are consuming.

I asked for a pineapple surfer and got something with bananas in it.if you’re out of pineapple just say so you don’t know if anyone’s allergic to or not something like this could be deadly. Come here at your own risk

Yikes. I ordered online via Google to pick up my smoothie. I placed the order at 2: 35 and arrived at 2: 43 to pick up my smoothie. The door was locked. It was 2: 40 on a Tuesday and the door was locked. There was no sign on the door, no indication as to why the door was locked. I saw an employee walking past the back opening he looked in my direction but completely ignored that i was unable to get inside. I knocked. I waited another 10 min just to ensure he wouldn’t come to the door once he received my online order. I got a confirmation and was charged for my smoothie which i never was able to receive. I also tried to call the store and it went straight to voicemail and the voicemail is full. So needless to say I won’t be visiting or ordering from this location again. Which sucks because it’s convenient and I ordered from here once or a 2x a week before this.

I have always had a good experience at this location - there is a wonderful worker there, Dave who remembers everyone! It's great to see the recognition on his face when you walk in the door) He is leaving soon for California to pursue his dream of film making and I wish him well. The rest of the staff is pretty great too!

Service trash. They clearly do not know how to make smoothies. I order at smoothie king everyday and order the same thing the smoothie that I received at this location tasted nothing like it was supposed to. I would advise anything pass this smoothie king up to save yourself the headache!

I’m a black woman and I came to the store with my 3 year old daughter same time as two other people who are white they was served but as soon as I stepped into the store they told me they are closed then shut the lights off I asked for the managers phone number then they lied to me saying they don’t know the managers number. I’ve been coming to this store for years and now I definitely won’t be back it’s too prejudice for me!
