I stopped in after a run and there was a long line at the drive through so I had the novel idea of going inside to order. I stood there for 5+ minutes without saying anything being patient because I recognized they were super busy. I can wait, not big deal. Another patron comes in 3-4 mins after me, then another. At that point they noticed that customer and informed them they weren’t taking orders indoors because their line was just too long for the drive through. I tried to emphasize that no one acknowledged me and told me that 5+ minutes ago, so could someone just do me a solid and ring an order? They continued to ignore me until I asked again and again, I was told there was just no way to ring me up because of the outside line. I would have waited 10 mins for my smoothie if I could have simply ordered. Lock your door if you’re closed inside. Terrible customer service.

The young lady on the morning shift is Very rude & horrible customer service. Need more training.

Ordering ahead means you still have to wait 10 minutes then you get a melted gross smoothie for $10

I come here all the time, the last month has been ROUGH. Normally the people are amazing but in the past 4 weeks I have not gotten in and out of the drive through in less than 30 minutes. I'm not even going at busy times. The line is just frozen In time, EVERY TIME. I love smoothie king but It might be time just to buy a blender.

Updating review a year later, service has improved drastically since last year, employee August did a good job taking care of us. Will be visiting again

If you go here at 12 noon, expecting a quick drive through smoothie for lunch, you will be extremely disappointed. I realize its busy over lunch hours but come on. The line didn't move at all and I sat there with 7 other cars for 20 minutes before I gave up and left.

Really kind people, But I don't know if anyone is in there making smoothies. Currently on minute 20 of waiting for one smoothie bowl. Made it all the way through the drive-thru and they told me to pull around into the parking lot.

Literal plastic in BOTH of our smoothies. Both are completely different drinks. Still good smoothies will drink

If you want the smoothie King experience this is the place to be with awesome employees such as Justin and August.these two are there to give you the best experience you could possibly have at smoothie King and I and most appreciative of their service and upbeat attitude

Wouldn't sub the sweetener for the protein like corporate said I could get because I'm allergic to the sweetener and can't have sweeteners
