Silvia and the rest of the team at Snapdragon Studio provided the floral arrangements for our wedding in September. The arrangements turned out so beautifully and were full of vibrant color! I met with Silvia a few times leading up to our wedding date, and she collaborated with me and was open to new ideas that I shared along the way. The team showed up promptly the day of the wedding and placed everything perfectly, including wrapping two columns in lush floral arrangements at the site of our ceremony! We were so happy with how it turned out and the flowers look gorgeous in our wedding photos! Thank you again, Silvia and the Snapdragon team!

We really enjoyed working with Snapdragon for our wedding flowers! Sylvia was very responsive and worked with me on my very specific wish list for what flowers I wanted. I think for the budget set where it was that the floral arrangements turned out absolutely beautiful. However, the final color scheme was not exactly what I had envisioned and to me was not what we had talked about in our conversations leading up to the wedding day. I'm sure part of this was flower availability however. Along with the color scheme not being bold enough, there was another small floral installation at the reception that was not quite what we had talked about either. I'm still super happy with how the arrangements turned out and the overall experience!

You might, perhaps, consider NOT listing open hours of operation as an appointment-only establishment. Failing that, a phone number, perhaps, would help customers engage with your business and avoid wasting people's time? After walking almost an hour to 2 other florists who were also inexplicably unprepared to do business with the public, I decided to go out of my way on my walk back home to attempt this last option. No number listed, but the hours are listed and they are open till 5, so I decided to chance it. Extremely disappointing to find doors locked and no way to contact other than email. This was very avoidable, Snapdragon, and you could have done better.

Sylvia and her team at Snapdragon are incredible. They did the flowers at my wedding. Everything was perfect from the bouquet to the centerpieces. Their hard work, good taste and attention to detail are unsurpassed.

Silvia and the Snapdragon team made absolutely stunning arrangements for my wedding. There were gorgeous bouquets and table arrangements, classic boutonnières, and absolutely perfect ceremony arrangements too. I sent Silvia a couple color inspiration photos and she made my dreams come true. Plus, the team was a delight to work with and the whole process was so easy every step of the way. No extra, unnecessary meetings or attempts to up sell you like so many wedding vendors do. The florals were a big part of my wedding dreams and Snapdragon Studios brought it to life. I highly recommend them - beautiful blooms, creative arrangements, and such great and reliable customer service.

Snapdragon studio did an amazing job on my wedding a while back. Silvia was organized, thoughtful and creative. She did a great job working with what my visions were for my flowers and making it happen! Her staff was also kind and professional. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for floral arrangements!

My florals were absolutely gorgeous on my wedding day. And I owe it all to Silvia and her team bringing my vision to life. Couldn’t recommend them more.

Reading all of Snapdragon’s positive reviews makes me incredibly disappointed that I feel I have to write this review, but as a future bride myself I feel like it’s important for anyone who is considering using Snapdragon read this. Two of my dearest friends got married in St. Louis this weekend and Silvia and her team did not show up. 20 minutes before the ceremony started it became apparent something had gone wrong because there were no flowers at either the church or the reception venue. Multiple people were calling as well as messaging Silvia and her team to find out what was going on and could not get an answer. To ensure the bride had something to hold walking down the aisle, a few of us rushed to the local grocery store to get something very quickly thrown together. While we did the best we could, it was by no means a substitute to the bouquets and boutonnieres that were supposed to be there. This also caused the ceremony to be delayed 20 minutes while they waited on us to return with what we had thrown together. When we finally arrived at the church, the bride was on the verge of tears right before she was about to walk down the aisle - something absolutely no one should experience. 40 minutes into the wedding start time we had STILL not heard from Silvia or her team and so a few of us left to drive down to the studio to get some sort of answer. While missing two of our closest friends’ wedding ceremony, we finally got a call back from Silvia who told us that somehow they had had the date down in their system as the 21st instead of the 1st (important to note that after we found this out the bride and groom confirmed that they had multiple planning and confirmation emails with Silvia that specifically denoted that their date was the 1st - she had never put the 21st in any messages with them and their contract clearly stated it was the 1st). Silvia was incredibly apologetic and told us she would be refunding them in full, but she had no flowers she could offer to them and told us the best she could do is bring some greenery to the reception venue. We then had to return to the grocery store to buy more flowers to try and beef up the bouquets before pictures as well as find something to put on the tables at the reception. This caused a few of us to miss the entire ceremony and members of the wedding party had to spend time on the bus after the ceremony assembling flowers. Additionally, the parents of both the bride and groom had to spend their time putting together centerpieces with the grocery store flowers before the reception instead of spending time with friends and family. A member of Silvia’s team did show up with greenery, but again that was no substitute to the flowers they were supposed to have, especially considering they picked a floral package that is on the high end of Silvia’s offerings. Silvia did refund them in full and was very apologetic, but she never called the bride or groom that day or the day after - just sent an email stating again that she was sorry and they would be fully refunded. Considering the amount of chaos, stress, and tears Silvia and her team caused, picking up the phone the next day to apologize to the bride directly seems like the least she could’ve done.

After a year of stress and worry, both with planning a wedding and handling the COVID-19 pandemic, there is nothing more relaxing than seeing everything come together perfectly. That was our experience with Snapdragon: everything came out perfectly. When we first called Snapdragon Studio, Silvia spent the vast majority of our conversation completely focused on my now-wife and asking her questions about her vision of her bouquet. The fact that she cared so much about getting to know that vision on this one detail was phenomenal. And she did not disappoint with her questions of all the other flowers and decor either! That first phone call was all we needed to know that Snapdragon Studio was the perfect wedding florist. My wife and I know very little about flowers or arrangements, so all we could give Silvia were our colors that we were using throughout our wedding designs. Silvia took those colors, and, after only 3 video calls, created some of the most elegant and beautiful bouquets, boutonnieres, and center-pieces I have ever seen. When the guests arrived at the reception, nearly everyone came to admire the different center-pieces around the room - the elevated and fanciful pieces on the king’s table, the low and lush floral pieces on half of the guest tables, and the elegant candle-centric pieces on the other half. Silvia and her staff made all of the tables look magnificent, and many of our friends got to keep some of the floral pieces and have made statements in their homes with them. We could not have asked for a better team for our big day.
