Snip n clip of warrensburg

Today I got my second haircut from Snip N Clips. The first time I got a cut they messed up my hair and left one side of my head noticably longer than the right. I wrote it off as a fluke and combed it over for a few months and today went back in for a new haircut.

Today she cut the sides of my head then focused on my beard. I made a point to tell the girl that she didn't cut the top of my head and she said that she had. I get home and discover my hair is litterally 2 times longer in some areas than other because she NEVER cut the top of my head and I still have the same messed up cut from last time. She litterally did not cut the top of my head and denied it when I told her she forgot to cut the top of my head. I am now at home with scissors cutting my own hair and feeling like I was just robbed.

I was very unhappy with my cut by the guy who cut it he did not give me a good cut i came home saw the uneven cut went back to have it fixed he blamed my bad cut on all the different layers of my hair my ends were uneven because he did not take the time to cut them i spent 31.00 dollars and was out the door in ten mins. He spent another ten mins.when i came back to ask him to finish the cut you could not pay me to return here.

Wait times were high but I've always been able to get my haircut in a pinch. Not the same as my normal place but gets the job done.

So this is a 5-Star because of how the staff handled a bad haircut. The past two times I've been, I had a person who was distracted and in a rush to get done. Because of this, my hair bad, my neck not cleaned up and directions not followed. I went back in the next day and got one of the managers. She immediately sat me down, corrected my hair and would not take any money to do it. Mistakes happen, but being willing to make it right makes a customer out of me.

This is the only place I will go. The prices are great, but this is not a "get what you pay for" place. Your guaranteed to walk away happy.

This location is well kept and I love that getting a walk-in wash/cut is always easy; I never know when I'll be able to pop in. The other stylists are great when I can't get Kathy, but I've stuck with her for a few years now. She's a top notch stylist at an amazing price point for the job she does. I highly recommend her!

Really jacked up sons hair and when my wife told him it wasn’t blended he said it’s because he’s blonde! Huh! No one else has ever had a problem. He then cut it again but the damage was done so took him somewhere else to get it fixed. Then he cut mine and also looked horrible. He fixed what I noticed at the time but had 50 people ask me what happened to your head! Really nice guy just gives really bad haircuts.

I walked in signed in I wasn't even done filling out the sheet and Kathy was like are you ready! Got my eyebrows waxed and was out of there in less than 10 minutes! Kathy was fast and my eyebrows are perfect! Thank you very much!

I've always been a walk in so sometimes the girl that cut my hair before isn't scheduled to work that day, I've gone with the flow and went with the next available stylist I have never been disappointed from my a waxing a cut to a color I've always walked out feeling satisfied. The girls are social and know what they are doing I love this salon, sometimes I'll think about trying a different salon then I'm like nope I'm good lol

Chris does an excellent job cutting my hair and listens to what I say when telling her how I would like to have it cut. She's also fast without missing anything. I highly recommend having her cut your hair.
