I love going to So Tan! The workers are always very nice and make me feel welcome. I’m always told how tan I look and how natural it looks!

Have tanned here on and off for a long time. Staff is ways friendly. Ive never had problems putting my account on hold for summer to start it back in the fall. Highly recommend!

I love this tanning salon! They always keep it so clean and make me feel so welcome! Their prices for packages and lotions are lower than most other salons in Springfield and I even get a discount with my tanning package!

I have had the worst time with canceling. 2 separate times I physically went in and told them I wanted to cancel. Each time they said it was too late and had already been withdrawn from my account and that they would put a note in there to cancel for the following month. NEVER HAPPENED. Then after 5 months it is still being taken out every month! The manager basically said they would never tell me it was too late to cancel. So calling me a liar and not offering any kind of compensation or a free month or SOMETHING? They cancel 365 days a year. THEN WHY WAS IT NEVER CANCELED? She then told in one breath that i needed to physically sign something but then as the conversation ended she was miraculously able to cancel it! I will never go back. This is NOT the first issue with cancelling!

Employees are super nice and it's a very clean environment! HIGHLY recommend this tanning salon! I won't be going anywhere else for my tanning needs!

The spray tan I got here was awesome! The service here was of even better quality since I've never gotten a spray tan before. The people who worked here were very nice and helpful!

Had a great time there. Easy check in and great pricing on the tanning packages. Lotions and moisturizers were a little expensive, but would probably be worth the investment. They're open till 10 pm which is AWESOME because I like doing things during the night anyways. I don't suggest the spray tan tho! It turned out a very pretty color but rubbed and smudged and didn't STAY on evenly. However, The level 3 bed was amazing to tan in and so relaxing!

I have been coming yo SO TAN off and on for a few years now and I really like the staff and how clean the place is. Will continue to go there. I also recommend people to go there as often as I can.

I was concerned when they reopened due to the state wide shut down. Whdn I went the one staff person wasn't wearing a mask, there was no attempt to social distance (still had the same chairs in the lobby and people sitting in them) No signage saying what was going on, the only thing I noticed different was a hand sanitizer located by the door. Its not keeping with City Ordinance (Personal Care Services.) I love SoTan. I was so excited to go back.but I can't be excited if I don't feel safe. Yes I did tan.but I had my own cleaning wipes (I didn't see any extra attention to door handles so I was wondered about the buttons on the beds too) and I waited in my car until until the lobby had cleared out. Please help make your customers feel safe to be there, we are taking a HUGE RISK coming in as is your staff for working.

Love the tanning experience here. Everyone is always so nice and knowledgeable. Haven’t had a bad tan or stray tan yet!
