We worked with Bill Oswald throughout the project. Along the way he reviewed the various stages of progress and signed off on each Application for Payment when presented by the General Contractor. When we ran into problems both Bill and Jen said they are our representatives and would work with us to get the problems resolved. Within no time they withdrew saying they accept no responsibility and it was up to me find representation since, unfortunately, it turned into a legal matter. My biggest frustration at this point is I fail to understand how the company who drew up the plans and gave their stamp of approval all throughout the project got off scot-free. They received no consequences for their lack of integrity! I'm calling it integrity, instead of professionalism, but I do wonder how they could allow an error of such degree to pass without insisting on adjustments from the engineer's flawed design prior to letting this project commence.
