SOAP Refill Station, Springfield MO

Staff are always friendly and helpful. They've made wonderful product recommendations for me on multiple occasions. They've taught me about their products as well.

Bring your own container if you want to save money. They weigh the containers before you fill them. They have excellent face creams/moisturizers/masks made here. Kids love bath/shower scrubs here (cheap to make here). You put salts, pick oil, and fragrance. Those are some of our favorites. Staff is amazing and so helpful. Love the recycling they do.

One of the BEST small businesses I have ever been to. I absolutely love the products and the people who work here. They are always so helpful and answer any questions I have, and they're always willing to help me with whatever I need. I love going here whenever I make a trip to Springfield. I'm about an hour and a half away, so when I go, I bring in all my empty bottles and fill up in bulk. I love that they also have donated containers in case I'm needing something in a size I don't have, or if I need any extra containers if I didn't bring enough. I unfortunately don't know any of their names, but the individual with the short dark hair and tattoo sleeve on her left arm is a gem. They are almost always there when I go, and they're so fun to talk to! Go and fill up your containers to save more waste from entering landfills!

This is one of my all time favorite stores! They have everything you need from natural soaps, lotions, cleansers, nasal inhalers, room sprays, detergent, etc.all with your choice of custom essential oils. The workers are super cool and friendly and always fun to hang out with while you get your stuff made. I recommend bringing your own bottles and containers

Such a great place to refill your dish/hand soaps to save on waste. Especially love the smell and feel of the Euc/Berg/Mint foaming hand soap. Very kindly priced too.

They carry everything soap related! I get almost all of my body care products refilled here, as well as laundry detergent, dish soap, and household cleaners. You get a discount for buying in bulk. Support local and reduce your waste!

Love this place. Love the option to refill my bottles and stop contributed to this plastic waste epidemic, which is destroying our ecosystems and it's precious species.

The staff are always incredibly friendly and knoledgable. Everyone should be using this resource.

This review is looooooong overdue. I’m from DFW TX and love visiting Arkansas and Missouri. The Soap Refill Station is a must every time I go. The concept, the people, the products: all phenomenal. Not only are we doing our part by helping to reduce and eliminate waste, but you’re also investing in yourself. Giving yourself clean products for your hands, your face, and your clothes. I recommend every stop and try it out. Very clean, spacious, and filled with kind people.

We love the SOAP Refill station - it's a great way to get the things we need for our household while supporting a small local business and conserving resources.

I love this place! Instead of throwing away your empty containers, simply refill them at SOAP with whatever you like! They have soaps, shampoo and conditioner, body wash, laundry detergent and so much more. And the staff are ALWAYS super nice and helpful!

I'm a huge fan of this Earth friendly shop! I love going in there to try out new gadgets and I've even made a couple of perfumes for myself at they're essential oils bar! The staff is always super helpful and informative which I am grateful for! From my experience they really take care for their customers and our planet!

Everything they sell is either as good or better than what I can find anywhere else. Using their products has greatly helped my skin! I love walking out of a store without any single use containers! The service is great and the whole store smells good. From skincare to dishwasher pods they have almost anything you could need to keep your self and your home clean.

Excellent store! I was thrilled to find a bulk soap shop locally. Right next to free downtown parking, exceptionally affordable and full of useful stock. 10/10

SOAP is a lovely store to shop for your eco-friendly hygiene/cleaning needs. The staff is really friendly and I have never had a bad experience here. My only complaint is that some of the taps run a little slow, so if you want to fill a large container it might take some time.

Definitely give this place a try if you want to support a local, Earth-conscious business!

So far so good. Have liked 2 of the 3 products I purchased there. (The coffee soap works fine if I use A washcloth, but the grounds they leave in for exfoliation don't work with my sensitive skin). A bit expensive, but not too far above what I pay for natural products. Tip: bring your own containers (not necessary, but save a couple of dollars, and also goo if you LIKE the ways things come out of them), and they don't have to be completely empty and clean as they weigh the bottles first, so you won't be charged extra. Friendly staff who will help you. Street parking near their shop has been open when I've gone, or use a public lot and walk if you can't parallel park.

This review has been a LONG time coming. I already try to convert anyone I know who will listen. ;) There are so many reasons why I shop at MO Soap: 1. I support their mission - reusing and refilling the containers you already have, keeping plastics from ending up in the landfill. 2. I appreciate that their products have simple and natural ingredients. I don't have to wonder or worry about harsh chemicals or preservatives. 3. I love that I can purchase even a small amount of product. It's an easy and affordable way to try new things! 4. The staff are always hands-on and helpful. They've given me lots of great recommendations. 5. I love when they host pop-ups. Small businesses supporting small businesses! <3

Sure, it's a little tedious to have each container weighed and filled, but it's so worth it to me. It's safe. It's sustainable. It's the only kind of shopping I LIKE to do, and I can't imagine Springfield without them. Thanks, MO Soap!

I love this place. They have a great selection and variety at great prices. I have loved shopping here.

Only negative I have to say is that I recently had to start using a wheelchair and despite them having two doors, only one opens and it isn’t wide enough for my wheelchair to get through so I can no longer actually enter the store. That is frustrating as someone who is disabled (to be excluded) but I realized that sometimes it is something the landlord needs to deal with, not the business.

We will still go there, just my husband will have to go instead of me.

This place is amazing! I suggest bringing some old containers (those bulk hand soap containers or your old laundry bottles work just fine!). You can also refill essential oils here for super cheap which is super great! Everything is reasonably priced, and you leave here feeling great and sustainable!
