4Most horrible experience I've ever dealt with! The lady who works in the front office needs to be fired for treating people like garbage especially toddlers!
I wish they did their interviews in person, instead of over the phone.
It was simple to apply for assistance, the staff is very patient, friendly, informative & understanding. In & out in no time & it's great to know my assistance will be there when I need it
I like it except the whole waiting game tbh. Nice people but they are wrong when they say you can go online create an account to do what needs to be done cause hubby and I tried it failed and on top of that they don't always send your paperwork you need in the mail when it's needed always having to go to the office to get things done. I should receive paperwork when things change let alone when it needs to be updated. But when it comes to benefits it takes forever to get that stuff going and get approved and have what's needed when needed. I have been wating for benefits since October 27th. Got one thing approved now waiting for 2 more approvals to be done. I know they have a lot to do and alot of people to deal with but mine is urgent right now but it's ok I guess patience is what I gotta do.
