Personally don’t have their internet but is really pushy about getting services. Not only do they send flyers in the mail every week to join them but they have sent 2 of their workers twice now to my house.

Service is ordinary nothing special. Downtimes are there as with any other ISP. Base monthly price for 100Mbps Fiber connection has been stagnant for 5+ years which is not a standard across the industry. Typically with advancement of technology the baseline bandwidth should increase by about 10% at least year-over-year. Hopefully the new FTC regulation for 'Broadband Facts' will allow consumers to be more aware of this fact.

If they need repeat business they better come up with competitive pricing!

Called and had my connection issues fixed as well as some options had swapping out the gateway modem not worked!

Had my inside home fiber internet installed today by Brandon and Jake. Kevin handled the outdoor connection yesterday. They were very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. Stellar experience. If you have access to Socket Fiber at your home or business, call them today. The best service and the best people behind it.

I had Socket fiber at my last apartment and we never had issues! I wish it was available at my new place but hopefully soon!

I have had fiber for months now and I love it. I haven't had any outages like I did with prior provider Brightspeed. The customer service is wonderful and I love that I can talk to someone and not an automated system.

It is always down. I reboot constantly and it lasts for a minute. My account says $0 owed. Very frustrating!

I have been with Socket for years. I originally signed up with a phone kid named Josh. Josh was very kind d to me and explained all the tech stuff I still don't understand. He is now in business sales, but he still helps me when I ask for him. Socket never let's me down. They are quick to fix anything that might be wrong. I highly recommend Socket to anyone that wants high customer service and awesome internet.

Socket is the best local internet company! I was told 10-30 business days just for the external drop but I am getting fiber completely installed in less than 30 business days - way to go Socket:)

Worst internet service I've ever had. Twice now my auto pay has been deactivated in the last 6 months. Then I get a past due. Have been on auto pay since signing up 22 months ago. Poor internet and poor auto pay system. Wish we had more internet option in this town.

Install was smooth. Speeds snd connectivity spotty but giving it a bit to see if it continues. Had trouble getting wireless printer to work. Tech support finally after multiple calls helped get it done. Fiber line left hanging on side of house (line that went from the box to the entry into the house). Called and asked someone to come tuck it in the siding properly. I was told at first they can’t do that and then told they could send a truck out but might be charged $125 for the service call. As their customer and their install I felt there should be no charge Not happy.
