Soderburg Roofing & Contracting, Warrensburg MO

They installed my roof in a very professional manner and it looks great.

Went with this company due to good communication and fair ratings following some storm damage to our newly built home.
Our roof was a full tear off and new shingles which did not end up matching our prior shingles. (partially my fault) and poor guidance and options offered from “Their Contractor”. Contractor went 2-4 weeks without communication on unfinished work. They replaced gutters before the Facia that was damaged, and had to take new gutters back off which ended up causing more cosmetic flaws!
Siding was installed with wrong design and required removal only after I reported it was wrong size. Have cameras on house and was monitoring install and unprofessionalism with subcontractors using object on porch as ladders, (grill propane tank, 2x4x8 from my utility trailer to scale up). Propane scratched concrete porch. Ordered siding 3 times wrong siding 2/3 attempts.
The contractor from Soderburg was totally disconnected from all work that was occurring despite opening salesman assurance that he would be there for the start and finish of every job which only occurred following the roof installation.
This Company was contracted to complete my window install as well however deferred this part of the contract back to me because they had mismanaged this job so poorly. So resulted in me still having to find window contractor to install despite our contract we made at the start.

I would not recommend this company based on my experience! Contractor did ask for his money on 2 occasions before completing repairs to reported completion of work (Red flag) All work however was completed to semi- satisfaction.

I did mention that there would be a review posted about my experience at the beginning of us working together as well, good or bad.

Worked with 2 PMs trying to get an estimate for windows, and gutters. Chris was professional and thorough and had good character but after he left I never received an estimate. I reached out multiple times and he said he would get to it but never did. Tried getting another PM to come out but got fed excuses and 3 attempts at setting an appointment. We pushed back what time we were leaving for vacation to accommodate Soderberg, but ultimately we were let down with a no show. Not mad at this company but definitely not impressed with them or the excuses. I've had several contractors out for bids and this has been the hardest one to work with AND I gave them two opportunities. Good luck.

They helped us all through the process after the hail storm damaging our roof, siding, window wraps, and the garage door as well as 2 exterior door’s having to be replaced! @Chris Sanders, thank you for jumping in and helping us out! They would not answer the phone/email and their voicemail is full so there is no way to reach except repeated phone calls. When I finally got through, they said they would call me back to set up an appointment time which they never did. This cycle repeated twice.
