The staff is always friendly, helpful, kind, positive, and smiling. I like their style of clothes and the quality of clothing is usually very nice. Plus, they carry petite sizes!

I have been a loyal customer for many, many years. I was very disappointed to hear all of the stores will be closing by the end of the year. This little shop will be greatly missed by many of its customers! Hopefully, the staff will find other jobs.

My wife's favorite store to buy clothes, unfortunately they were bought out by a larger company and they are closing all their brick and mortar stores. If you can't try on the clothes anymore then there is definitely no incentive to buy from them. My wife will no longer be a customer when previously we spent hundreds every year. So sad.

My wife absolutely loved their clothes and she hates to shop. Nice selection and reasonably priced.

I was shopping in the store with my wife and tried unsuccessfully to apply some purchases toward an in-store promotion. I therefore left the store frustrated and without my planned purchases.
Then I called the next day to see if the sale price would still be applicable on one of the items a day later, and I was told they could not verify how long the sale would last. I'm not willing to drive 25 miles to see if an item is still on sale, and with the possibility of more bad customer service.
I have been a long time customer, and as a result of these recent negative experiences, I will not return to soft surroundings
