Set in drivethru line behind only 2 cars and it took 20 minutes between each car just to order.only had 5 other cars in the entire parking lot. Absolutely ridiculous. Ive never been to a fast food restaurant that consistently takes 30 minutes or more to get food, much less 40 minutes just to order

I went today and I will not be going back. I ordered a strawberry slush with nerds and received a cup of frozen water with nerds. They also gave me no straws. I went a few days ago and they left a drink out of my order. Nearly every time I have went, they have forgotten sauces, drinks, or messed up the food. The hours keep changing as well, and half the time mobile ordering isn't available. Save your money and don't eat here.

The most dirtiest sonic I've been to. My whole meal was cold. The staff was not wearing any gloves while they were cooking. Looks like a trash ben inside. Very dirty also I just got done throwing up my food.

You get what it pay for. But you have to double check everything twice before driving off. Now often than not, i am having to get my order fixed.

No place to park to eat. Had to use drive thru. Got down the road so I could park and eat my sandwich and had the wrong order. Definitely not a good experience from the time I drove in the driveway. Should gave left then. No plans to return

We actually got all of our food with an extremely rude drive-through person at the Box. Zero sauces for all three of us.

Service was great. Car hops were friendley and could count back change. Parking lot was clean and maintained. Food was hot and nothing was missing

Sarah was rude and Told me they can’t do chocolate sonic blast even though it’s advertised on the menu and when I told her it was advertised on the menu she just Ignored my comment and then she asked if I was done ordering. And then never gave me a receipt either, She needs to lose her attitude if she wants to work in customer service, every time I go to the Sonic in Laurie I have a problem and I am fed up!

Worst Sonic experience in all the years we have been eating Sonic. Stopped for late lunch while passing through the area on a trip. All burgers were charred bad around the edges. Car hop informed us the place was out of straws for our drinks as she handed them to us! No napkins provided either. Most at this location needs to get their act together.

I am a local and have been coming here for years and I have never had a good experience with this place, the managers are awful and never admit when they are wrong. Also not to mention if you ask for a refund when you didn't get your food they will refuse, thankfully I used a debit card so I got my bank to give me my money back. Wouldn't even recommend to my worst enemy, that would just be plain evil.

All I wanted was some ice cream for the family at 8: 45 pm. This was the only place open (open until 10 according to the webpage), so we pulled in. All of the lights were off and an employee approached as we pulled in to tell us that they closed at seven. My disappointment is immeasurable and my day is ruined: (

I normally love sonic but this one has been going downhill.you cant use the booths so you're forced to use the drive through and wait forever. The fries and tots taste like they've sat under a heat lamp forever our sandwiches were not put together well. Even the chicken was dry. The only thing not messed up was the blast. Please step it up. If you're gonna shut down the parking spots and only use the drive through at least take the time to make the food good.

Management (Sara) needs to loose her hateful attitude. Used the online App so that I did not have to wait in the drive through, thought that is part of its purpose. Then arrive cones are set up so you can not pull up to a stall. I park the vehicle check in at patio since there is an option for in person pick up. I get hatefully told that the patio is closed. I said that I was picking up an online order get told to use the drive through which is always a long wait. I asked to speak to a manager (of course the one with attitude is the manager) because I asked for my tip back since no one was bringing my order to me. Of course she would not return the tip with attitude. The app has been turned off previously when short staffed. If you can not serve customers then turn it off. There are not many options for fast food in this town. I definitely will not recommend this sonic, I also will not spend my money there again.

Ordered double bacon burger and did not get bacon. Also, onion rings are terrible! They are just breading with no onion!

The people are rude the service is horrible. Went through the drive thru sat in line for 30 minutes, sat at the box to place order for 15 finally just drove to the window and they tried to tell me I had to drive back thru

Line was terrible. Waited 30 minutes and our fries were cold. Complained to Sarah and she was terribly rude. So done with this place.

The workers were very rude and too lazy to do more than 2 seperate orders. They also struggled to seperate 2 orders when we were paying. Service was also slow. Save your money and go to a different location.

Stopped in for some breakfast. I had the ultimate burrito and my wife had the bacon, egg biscuit. Got the meals. The tots were only warm, the others slightly better. Too bad would have been good had it been hot. Car hop was friendly and through.
So went back to give this place another chance. Late Friday afternoon lake traffic was heavy, you would think they would put their best foot forward. RIGHT. WRONG! I got a small popcorn chicken and large tot. Food was cold small pieces of chicken were hard. This is the worst excuse for a fast food restaurant ever. They need to be boycotted and forced to shut down. Sunrise Beach should pull their business license. Owner should be ashamed of themselves for charging money for that c_p. Drive on when you see it, in fact speed up. Maybe I should quit beating around the bush and tell you how I really feel. Oh wait, I did.
