Sonic Drive-In, Mountain Grove MO

They got my order wrong. When I told them they still didn't correct it, they just told me to deal with it! We ordered this because of food allergies, even though it was correct on my receipt. I haven't been back.

The food was decent. Fries were actually good not mushy or cold. The only thing is the bathrooms there were awful. Water all over the floor (I sure hope it was water) just needed to be cleaned but they were super busy so could have just been a bad day! Other than that our car hop was nice and food did the job.

The ordering radio thing is horrible they can never hear or understand what your saying. Then even when they do they still don't get it right. And the food isn't the most fresh ever!

Within the last 6 months I've been to this location 7 or 8 times specifically for icecream. Everytime it is slightly soured and is grainy, telling me they are not cleaning the machines. Its Obviously a consistent problem. I've been going to the mountain grove location for years, this is a fairly new problem. Don't think I will be back anytime in the near future.

Overall pleasant experience. Order boards did not have stall numbers posted and a few stalls out of order. Appeared to be very understaffed so we had to wait longer than expected.

This staff is great. They definitely do the best they can and always have a great attitude and make me smile.

Very slow and expensive. Only worth your time when you go for 50 cent for dog day or specials like that

Ordered one thing a drink. My friends ordered a drink for themselves and somehow that took 30 minutes.

I normally try to leave a positive remark. It seems like the promotional food is what I find myself stopping for. I usually like it so much and then they take it off the menu, I don't understand.

I repeated my order 3 different times Kayla was taking my irder and it was STILL wrong after repeating!

A poor sonic, there was ice cream all over my cup that didn’t come from anything I ordered. Nasty.

I use the app before I get there that way my food or drinks are ready for me they're extremely fast and friendly Ali is a great manager

Waited over thirty minutes for 3 drinks, no food. Just drinks. When they finally brought them out, two of the drinks were incorrect and needed to be taken back in to be remade. After being brought back out again, one of the drinks were only filled 2/3 of the way.
They gave us one drink free for the wait and inconvenience which was kind. But if we had known we would be waiting for close to an hour for 3 ice creams we wouldn’t have gone. Probably won’t go back

Went there to get some Ice Cream took a long time to get what we ordered and it was melting quickly the person that brought it said She sorry and left.

5 other vehicles placed orders after us and were served and gone before we got our order. Server said that my drink was on another tray. Poor service at best.
