18First, had a hard time ordering because the person on the other end of intercom kept saying " what was that? " and there was a ton of background noise. Second, apologized for not having onion rings. Third I had a coupon for a free vanilla cone, (because last time I was there I waited 15 minutes and they had lost my order so they gave me coupons for 2 cones for waiting) and they apologized for not having cones Fourth, got order and no napkins so I hit the button again and they brought me brown paper towels that you use to dry your hands. I thought about going next door to Braum's, wish I had!
Last time I will ever have this sonic I got a lemonade with some flavorings and as I was sipping I felt something in my mouth… IT WAS A FINGERNAIL…
It's the same as all the other sonics but the customer service is great could not be better fast friendly just over all I live coming here to eat and Amber is a sweetheart very helpful
Ordered 2 shakes, both were incorrect. Recieved some oddball bread thing we didnt order, and the carhop wad clueless about taking our payment. Done with this overpriced business.
Went for breakfast today and only 1 worker for the whole place and it was packed we need up leaving our order was never taken waited over 10 mins very disappointed. Should hire more people
First time at this Sonic. Food was good and they apologized for taking so long when I didn't even notice that is was that long.
Review for Nixa, Missouri location
This is SUPPOSED to be for a extra long Chili Cheese Coney! It looks like they were running out of chili and cheese RIDICULOUS! Cheddar bites were horrible, cheese was old asked for a redo on cheddar bites and they were hot but still not good. Tea was NOT SWEET. SLOW SERVICE and they weren't what I would call "busy".

This sonic is great, and there are a select few that work there that are amazing employees. I guess I am a regular now as they know me by vehicle and name. The workers there are awesome and always very quick with my order. They are always there, even with all the no shows and people not wanting to work right now, they have never been closed due to no one showing up. I have seen just one worker working when more should have been there but didn't show, and I feel for those employees that are busting their butts to get everything done, they definitely deserve a raise because this has happened more than once but they continue to do their job even with no help. I always try and tip well, especially on those days. Mainly morning when they first open up is when I've seen this. Kudos to the few great workers at Sonic!
Fair pricing for my ability to pay. Venue looks well maintained, outside view only. Service was fast and order was correct.
Horrible I ordered the chicken slinger and it smells like fish and it doesn't even taste like chicken nastiest sandwich ever had I ordered a Dr pepper with it and it was $3 for a Dr pepper ridiculous prices bad horrible sandwich smells horrible never again. I get a response from the owner and you try to refer me to the franchise it's your issue in your building your food is nasty I am never smelt or tasted a chicken sandwich like that in my life you need to address it not put it off on some other franchise you're the owner of the business you fix your situation cuz it's rude and it's wrong and it's nasty I see the owner of this building likes to put it off on another franchise you need to take responsibility for your mess in your building. You're trying to have people put their complaints into another file it's your building it's your mess you fix it
Terrible costumer service and a broken drive through speaker. Also ordered two tots and a cherry limeade which I never got. I went back for the rest of my food and the tots were spit on right in front of me. No this is not a joke this actually happened!
The food was alright, not too great though. There wasn't very many people there when we went and it took a very long time to get our food.
Even ordering with the app, they are slow and most of the time the order is incorrect. I seriously don't know why I keep showing up hoping for better
I stopped in for a soft drink. One lady was taking orders and running them out. I waited 15 minutes for a drink.
Typical good Sonic food. If you ask and pay for extras, be sure to check your food before you leave. Have never gotten extras from this location.
Good food and drinks, but Melanie’s attitude is what brought this down to two stars. Teach your employees not to be negative or talk trash about customers, especially one who comes there everyday and gets the same thing all the time.
Going to any Sonic in this town is risky. You'll either have your order perfect or everything will be garbage. Luckily for this stop, there were no mistakes and everything was great!
Waited 25 minutes and no service. Pressed the button and after the 3rd time was told to press again in 5 minutes. Only 3 cars there. Worst service
