Sonic Drive-In, Springfield MO

I really like how it's on my way to work and home. I can order through the app and its ready when I get there. The food is still very hot.

I have always loved Sonic. But they have become too mainstream with a very confusing menu. Trying to be like the other restaurants. Sonic needs to go back to be the old fashioned burger joint that they used to be. Quit trying to be like everyone else. Because that's the way you lose customers.

Always get my sonic coke with extra ice. Win, win, I get a cold come that last most of the day and it averages to about 12-14oz drink that keeps my soda intake in check. I limit myself to one soda a day and you bet your sweet Bibby it is a Sonic.

I love the breakfast sandwiches and onion rings no matter the time of day. Super impressed by not only the quality of the food but how quick the service was. It's obvious that this stores employees are happy to work! Great job!

Even if you are purchasing their "half price" burger special. It still needs to taste good! A good deal isn't all THAT good if you throw it away!

The food is decent and the service is fairly quick. Haven’t been disappointed by this location yet.

I tried using my app to order but they didn't have all items from menu listed, which is annoying, and defeats being able to order quickly in app! Also, the guy who answered the speaker at the stall i was pulled in had no idea what simple manners were, when I said thank you to him for some help on ordering (bc the app wasn't able to fulfill my whole order due to menu items not listed). He said nothing and actually made me feel as if I was bothering him. I had to hit speaker again bc they didn't bring me my sauce and when I asked him about bringing some, his reply was, "do what? ". Come on bud.just listen! If you are working the intercom and someone chimes in on it, pay attention to what they are saying! Oh and for anyone who may not know this.let me help you.if someone says "thank you". An appropriate response back is typically "you're welcome".

The food here used to be great. Now not so much. The last two times we've gotten food here it had a chemical taste to it that can't be good.

1230 on a Saturday. Pushed the button, Waited 10m and never heard from or saw a soul. Backed out and went through the drive through and got my food really quickly. The burger was super fresh but the fries were chewy. No one has enough employees, but this establishment should shut down some or all of their car stalls until they can hire enough workers.

Awesome chicken fajitas! Sizzling & delicious! Coworker accidently left debit card awhile back tho & they didn't treat her right, her husband had to go in & get it! Really? Hope that doesn't happen again!

Hardly ever have a bad experience at this Sonic. Food is always good and comes out at a decent time, even when they are busy. The staff is always really nice, too.

Best sonic experience in a long time. Everything was fresh and made exactly how it was ordered. This will be the go to stop for Sonic when passing through Springfield. Our carhop, Erin, was great!

The food was good as always. But your drive thru girl was more interested in playing on her phone and being rude then actual service.

You guys know Sonic on Battlefield is my favorite fast food place to eat! As far as burgers go!? You can't get better than this place!

I have never had breakfast at Sonic and was surprised at the amount of filling in my breakfast burrito and my husband liked his breakfast sandwich and tater tots. They were much better than we expected

I had rated this place decent but have to change it. Completely unacceptable. Ive included images of the amount of fries they put with our order. This has happened multiple times.
